Our waitress Austin was so bubbly sweet and knowledgeable! The food was all so good. Perfect mom's night out !!

First time there and we had a great time celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. The food was excellent. Our waiter was Austin and she provided great customer service. We will definitely be going back.

This was our second time at Kai. The food taste great. It's a nice environment and they offer live music with a DJ on the weekend. My only gripe is the timing on the food. They bring out dishes as they are prepared which makes it a strange situation when there's a party of six and two people have food and the rest don't. One member of our party didn't get served until the rest of us were more than half way into eating our food. I wish they would rethink this process. Overall, we enjoy this place but may not come here with more than two given how the food arrives.

Combo platter is a joke, $150 platter had probably the cheapest sashimi and sushi and the 2 rolls were poorly made where you could not use chopstick because the it would break apart. Sashimi had scales on them, disappointing to say the least. Ambience was the only thing that was good, I expect better quality and service when I spend over $200+ for dinner for 2. Really really disappointed and waste of money.

I came here on a Friday evening and was greeted warmly from the moment my daughters and I walked in. Great quick service, our waiter was always around and had a smile on his face. The food was delicious, the tuna tartare was by far our favorite. Or maybe, it was the miso salmon roll, or maybe the salmon nigiri, we cant decide!!!!! We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back.

The waitress training and her trainer were so helpful in recommending things. Our favorite dishes were the hamachi crisp and dragon roll. The momohada mule and night in Bangkok were delish drinks. Thanks to Ryan for the hospitality as well.

Loved the restaurant, food, atmosphere, location and ambience! Our waitress was the very best!! If I could rate “Austin” - she is 12 out of 1 to 10!! Loved her and all of recommendations for food/sake/cocktails...all of it was very on point!! Highly recommend!!

Appetizers were delicious! Sushi rolls were great. I ordered various sashimi, expected seared toro to be better. Overall we liked our experience

It was a lovely evening with friends and to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We enjoyed a variety of items from the menu that were delicious! We especially appreciated the Happy Anniversary Dessert!

I thought for what it cost per person the food was not exceptional. In fact I was highly disappointing! We have eaten at Kai several times and thought the food was very good so was extremely disappointed for New Years Eve.

Second year doing the NYE Omakase menu at Kai and it was just as amazing! Great vibes, wonderful cocktails, and even better food.

As you'd expect for a restaurant this caliber all went well. Our server Austin was exceptional as was everyone else that we interacted with. We've been to Kai a few times, the food is very good and the quality to match as is the service each visit. If I were to critique the food it would be on the fried rice dish served, I wish Kai's version would have egg like the traditional Asian versions. Other than that everything else was great, if you have't been to Kai you should.

Our server spent ample time going over the menu in detail with us. Everything he recommended was absolutely incredible! He was spot on! Cannot wait to go back.

We love Kai!!! The food is always delicious & the service is fantastic. Our favorite roll is the Sunny Roll. The Mongolian beef is also delicious !!

Food and drinks are excellent as is the atmosphere My only concern is that entrees are not brought out at the same time so that one has her food while the other waits
