Everything was perfect, food, music and waittres ASHLEY she was amazing !!!!! Thank you for perfect night
We had dinner last night to celebrate my daughter’s boyfriend’s 21st birthday. He flew in from New Jersey to celebrate with us. He’s excited to go to KAI coz it’s one of our favorite place to dine. Food was always great. Last night we had oysters, sushi, lobster tacos, lobster fried rice, udon, pad thai, special of the night ribeye, and wagyu beef tataki. He was looking forward trying the wagyu beef, but was disappointed when the hot stone to cook it was not hot. We expressed our concern several times, but didn’t gotten the help we needed. Our waitress Linda was amazing, she told us that she made the manager aware of the issue and will come over to talk with us. No appearance from the manager, what a disappointment! We spent $600 for our dinner, we always want to walk away happy paying for good food, but last night was a disappointment.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP's. The food was great and our server Oscar was fantastic and very friendly and out going! He made some great selections for us and it was appreciated!
Food was excellent and drinks were delicious . The ambiance was great. Definitely recommend.
Marina, the manager, and Ashley, one of the waitresses, were both amazing and made it a really special birthday dinner. Will definitely be back!
Oxtail fried rice and Mongolian waygu beef were amazing!! They never fail me everytime I come here and the selection of tequilla was phenomenal
It's been a while since I have been to Kai. My friend and I went and ate there. Ryan greeted us warmly at the door and got us seated. Natalie took great care of us and made some suggestions. All of her suggestions were great! Marcus at the bar made us some great drinks, as I asked for his expertise to make a drink that was easy to sip and delicious. The price for the meal was well worth it!
This was our first visit to Kai. Our server was very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent. The only complaint I have is we were seated out on the patio and most of the tables out there were large parties and it was very loud. As a couple on a date, I would've preferred to have been seated inside the restaurant where not was not so loud.
The food is very good, but the portions are too small for the price, for example, if you order sashimi, you're only given three pieces, which if two people are dining doesn't really make sense - there should be an even number of pieces. The size of the rolls is also very small.
Restaurantji Recommends
Went for bday dinner. Service was less than desirable, there was no walk through of the menu, no recommendations, no sale point. Not to mention the time between being sat, then greeted and orders taken surpassed what would seem like an appropriate time. One of the patio seats was sunken in, rather than complain I simply sat on a few throw pillows. Overall, yikes. With the service received, you would think that the restaurant was backed up due to level of capacity, but there weren't many tables sat.... maybe understaffed? Either way, I hate to say it but the service was horrible... not what one would expect for a a restaurant as such. We weren't up sold or taken through a dinning experience that one would expect from a restaurant as such. I regret bringing my guest here to celebrate.
Great food. Ambiance was fantastic as well. Had a great seat on the open air patio. Really good drinks as well.
Atmosphere is phenomenal a lot of space a lot of room very cute to decor Service is subpar they have a new menu, which is nice to see. Highly recommend

You are just paying for the ambience and the food was just awful. I have been across multiple Thai restaurants around the world and this is my worst experience till date with the taste. Drinks and dessert are disappointing as well. Nothing to name as good except the ambience . Customer service is not good either!! I would definitely not recommend if you want to enjoy the Thai cuisine.

We spent the truth super , I went with my group of friends , we are Hispanics who have been in the United States for some time , I start that I find that we have to change is the music that should be all the generos and the DJ did not put music for the Hispanic public, but for the rest everything excellent, a good attention and spectacular place 👌
