When speaking with a manager about have a group of friends to go hang out and drink he said that would be fine. When calling to verify about the group meet up was still okay, a manager informed me about a 1 card policy that was not informed to me in the first phone call. He was exceptionally rude to me on the phone and I do not recommend this place for meet ups or hang outs with friends.

The Katy Trail Ice House Outpost is a restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. Known for their fried jalapeños and a variety of craft beers, it provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for various occasions. Some may find the prices to be on the higher side, especially with new charges like $2 for a side of ranch, but the restaurant embraces good food and Texas hospitality, making it feel like a personal weekend escape.
The restaurant's amazing patio features a huge outdoor area shaded by trees and lights, offering a family-friendly environment where friends can catch up without having to yell. Visitors have been impressed by the beautiful ambiance and the fun vibes, with one customer noting the oversized chalice their beer came in as "just too cute." Food is consistently praised, with favorites such as the loaded cheese fries, loaded Queso and chips, Beer venison chili, and Gumbo. One reviewer mentioned the Katy Trail Ice House Outpost as their "go-to comfort spot" for a breath of fresh air and a reset. The attentive wait staff and dog-friendly policy add to the charm, making it a great place for families and dog owners alike.
