Kenny's Burger Joint - Plano

We had an amazing experience at Kenny’s Burger Joint – Plano! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Smoked Brisket Melt was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, and the SW Burger was juicy and fresh. The onion rings were crispy and not greasy at all, and the truffle fries were seasoned perfectly. Even the Pear-tini was fantastic!

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the quality of the food really stood out.

A special shoutout to our server, Blake — he was professional, friendly, and very attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided great service from start to finish.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great burgers, tasty sides, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our server Marina was the saving grace to our 2nd visit to Kenny's. I have to applaud management for hiring a great staff. Our first visit was amazing. That's why we came back. I ordered the steak hoagie. I gathered the chef had an off day and was heavy with the salt. The sandwich was not eatable. I told Marina who apologized and had a new order placed. This type of professionalism speaks volumes to me. She took ownership as a team player not shifting the blame. Management should definitely recognize how Marina went above and beyond to make it right with the customer. She was kind to provide a gift card so we can come back again. We will certainly give Kenny's another try.

Beware the menu is deceiving, they say 1/2 lbs patties on the menu but the double double has 2 very small patties. The burger was mostly bread. The onion rings were drenched in oil, not even my kids could finish them. We drove 40 minutes for this horrible overpriced food.

The best! Burgers are always cooked exactly as ordered. If you don't like burgers, there are plenty of other things on the menu. Great sides, especially their amazing, HUGE onion rings. Tater tots are cooked to perfection. We also love their Greek salad. Gluten free buns are also available. Excellent service.

I know for a fact. .. my son and I had an appointment in the morning.. we did several errands. So then 1pm hit. No food in our stomach. We ordered a burger. NO LIE
After like 30-50 hit.. my stomach started hurting baddd.... had to go to the restroom bad.. the. I told my son.. amd he laugh .. he said . Me too.. we both laugh 😂🤣😂🤣 thank GOD Uptown cheapskate had a restroom.. I guess.. my burger was undercooked and his burger too.. funny but not funny.. 🙄
