My daughter and I love coming here! Service is always above and beyond. Staff is extremely friendly and I feel welcomed every time I dine. The Mushroom Brie is always my favorite.

Found a hair in our food, you take the fries off the bill? Will NEVER return. FYI We went there an average of once a week.

Walked in on a Friday night, ordered the Southwest Cheddar to-go, ran in to H-E-B almost next door to buy groceries, came back, and the food was ready. I call that the Plano Triathlon. The staff was awesome and fast, but that burger? That $13 masterpiece is the reason I think I have trust issues with other restaurants now.

Ownership….. it starts with you.. you said 2 weeks ago you get back to me.. I even emailed y’all in private giving more information. You say “ let’s make it right” those are just words. You don’t give a crap you just say that with no follow up.. you aren’t manning your handicap entrance.. you are watching handicap people being paraded through your restaurant. Just to get to the have to go to the front to get into your restaurant. I am filing a complaint with the ADA. I have already spoken to my lawyer he is assisting me. We are also filing a formal complaints to the BBB. No wonder your managers are horrible and don’t care…. I wonder where they get it from… hmm ownership who clearly doesn’t care. You just say the right thing on google Where everybody can see. But absolutely no follow up nothing but empty words. Shame on you owners and management of Kenny’s. Worst establishment ever..: people don’t eat here burgers are beyond soggy and it’s going to take you forever to get service so if you want to eat here make sure you have the whole day to spend.. I would also bring your own buns because they are going to give you soggy mushy ones and food is bland. Owners do better care more this is ridiculous. The way you are running this business or their the lack of is truly pathetic and impressive on how little you do care.

Horrible slow service. You have 5 servers on it’s not busy on a Saturday afternoon 7 tables yes I counted. It took 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge us and to get our drink order. Yet we had 3 servers pass right by us. Managers just standing around oblivious to the fact not only our table was waiting forever but also other tables. The burger bun was complete mushy this used to be my favorite place to go for a burger last serval times service and food has went downhill. Won’t go back. Owners if you doubt any of this… I encourage you to please send one of your friends that they don’t know for feedback. It’s horrible. Side note…and question why have a handicaps entrance… but yet it’s unmanned and then the handicap person has to go all the way through the middle of the store in a wheelchair to the actual host stand. Why have the handicap person have to go all the way to the other end of the restaurant. What’s the point of the handicap entrance? Management seriously needs some coaching here.

So wonderful!! Food A++, appetizers A++, service was exceptional!! Our Waitress, Rachel, she was excellent! Kept us in food, drink a drink invited at every turn! Planning our next visit already! Fried pickles my favorite. Hamburger and bacon wrapped jalapeño were husbands favorites.

Had a wonderful experience celebrating my mother’s birthday! Luke was attentive, hilarious, and well mannered he went well customer service expectations and will definitely be visiting again if I know he’s working! Thanks Luke!
