My husband is on the keto diet and loves this place. He sent me to pick up 2 meals and the cashier was not helpful at all. There were 3 freezers and I just wanted some help finding the meals he wanted because he is picky. The cashier said if we have it, it's on the board and was not willing to help me locate the meal. I couldn't find the second meal so just got something I thought he'd like and left. Was too afraid to ask for help as she was highly irritate by my presence to begin with.

Everything is always so consistently GOOD and I love that y’all will bring in new options while keeping the favorites. Terrific variety of all sorts from breakfast, dinners to desserts. You can order your food online for pickup or come in and pick and choose. Highly recommended!!

This place truly has some great food! I have been going there and getting a week's worth of food at a time. The food doesn't taste like diet food. It's amazing.

OMG! This place is amazing! The food is really tasty, convenient, and did I say tasty?! You can buy precooked meals and freeze them until you're ready to eat. I bought the spinach pizza, the grilled chicken piccata w/lemon butter/ cauliflower rice pilaf/ brown butter asparagus, the chicken enchiladas, homemade ranch, and the dessert with the brownies and whip cream. Everything gets a 5/5 except the dessert! That was a 4/5. So, still good. I wish they had a location near me but I will be back whenever I'm in Plano or Ft. Worth!

I found this place leaving a restaurant in the area. I was in the midst of looking for healthier options because I work at least 60hrs/week and Door Dash is wearing out my pockets and waistline. I decided on a whim to stop by. I must admit most meal prep places don't have a large variety and the food has minimal flavor. Not Keto Kitchen Creations! They have a large variety and every meal has been flavorful. I didn't even need to add seasoning to the egg dish. You won't get bored with options or feel deprived. I'm pleasantly surprised and glad I found this place to help me progress in my weightloss journey. I'm now a loyal customer!

I came into this shop on a Tuesday and i am overjoyed with it. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful with showing me what they offered and what she thought was very good. I ended up getting for different meals and have tried two of them so far. The chicken and hibachi vegetables is definitely a 10 out of 10. The Yum Yum sauce that it comes with is out of this world. I also tried the Cookie dough fat bombs, and they were amazing. The attached picture is of the Parmesan crusted chicken meal, which is also very good. I cannot recommend this place enough. I cannot wait to come back and try new meals.

Incredible food. And price is around $10 a meal. I think it's important to know that that have "Fit" meals that are just lower calorie meals in addition to keto meals. It's like your own personal chef! Meals have great flavor, especially if you like cajun food. Quality is great. The price can't be beat. You could possibly make your own meals at equal cost but that's if you eat the same thing. With keto creations- you get to have bulk food and variety. I guarantee you'll save money (and time) here instead of cooking in bulk. Unless you enjoy the same meal every meal!

Love love love that I found his place. So far I've tried the Crack Chicken, pepperoni Pizza, Sausage Balls, Chorizo Eggs,and the Chicken Enchelada and they are all great! The portions are great too. More than filling. The manager was very helpful and very nice. Definitely recommend!
