Didn’t buy anything but drove by last night 12/14 around 9:30 and saw a female cleaning the dining room and she was doing amazing. She was making sure all areas were clean and ready for next time. Please give this girl a raise. My daughter worked at kfc before and I know they don’t pay well. It’s rare seeing people actually caring about their environment these days.

Horrible! I drove thru at approximately 7:00 last night. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. They should be ashamed of serving it. Please do not go to this KFC!

I would recommend eating out the dumpster lol before eating here 😭 I should’ve looked at the reviews you will get what you pay for. Workers are pretty lazy too. Food is superrrr old so be very careful eating it I got food poisoning before and I tried them again and definitely failed me lol

This place was the worst I have ever been. It took 10 minutes from the time i walked in to even have some one take mu order. The staff is very rude. The mander was terrible my food just sat on the counter and no said anything. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I went get apple bits they horrible and been setting all day. Refuse to get my money back.Had to buy a drink and then a drink was no good either like it didn't have enough syrup. I will never go there again

Food is marginal quality at best. The food is either over cooked or under cooked. For the price very very small chicken pieces. Service is good, the problem is strictly the food quality!
The quarter with with wings is for scale.

0 stars. I don’t know why I keep giving this KFC another chance. It’s always a bad experience and always a mistake on their end. On four different visits (June 24th, July 2nd, July 17th, and now September 5th) my order has been wrong. Each time I’ve had to go back, get a refund, or wait an excessive amount of time for their mistakes to be fixed.

Today was the worst. I placed an Uber Eats order and they completely left out one order. All it takes is a little care and double-checking, but they clearly don’t care. They’re just throwing food in bags to get the job done. When I came back for my missing items, I asked to speak with the manager. A young lady at the front with two facial piercings (bull piercing) was rude and dismissive, acting like the mistake was mine instead of theirs. No accountability at all, even though I stayed calm and polite. She even told me the manager was busy and shrugged her shoulders as if it didn’t matter.

The manager walked back and forth in front of me for 15 minutes on the phone, saw me sitting there, and never once acknowledged me. After he got off the phone, he went straight to the back instead of addressing the situation. I never spoke to the manager and ended up waiting another 35 minutes just to receive the missing items.

This location has consistently shown poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for customers’ time. The staff and manager seem like they hate their jobs and take it out on the people paying for their food.

I would not recommend this KFC to anyone. It’s a waste of money and energy.

The manager here is extremely rude and problematic. She refused to fix my order of half cooked chicken, after proceeding to dig through my box to inspect if I had “eaten the food,” which as you can see I had not. I only broke a wing which proceeded to fall apart in my hand. I did eat the wedges while waiting at the counter for the manager to acknowledge the lobby full of guest. There were three workers present but only one was actually working while the other two laughed and made jokes behind the counter. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at KFC. I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone else to eat there either. The manager wasted lots of time pretending to be making fresh chicken while ignoring me at the counter. My original order was a three piece white meat with 2 sides or the number 7.

I ordered DoorDash they do not pay attention to your order. I ordered the barbecue honey wings. They gave me plain wings, and a side of gravy and a ticket clearly says honey barbecue wings with wedges with my buffalo ranch that I paid for and they gave me two ranches get it together
