Apparently they dont wear name tags, so you can't no the name of who is being rude to you. But the lady working in here today (7/25) had a major attitude problem.
I watched her act extremely rude and unnecessarily mean to an elderly lady in line, in front of me. Then when it was my turn to order she gave off the impression she would rather punch me in the face, then to take my order, even though I was extremely polite to her. This woman has no business working with the public, with an attitude like hers.

whoever the girl is that was on the drive through window today wearing glasses was very rude. i had a pick up order and she gave me the ugliest look and told me it was not ready and had to come inside which is fine but as soon as i go in (2mins) later they hand me the food. i go back in my car and before i leave i decided to check everything was in the bag & sure enough i was missing fries. so i went back to the drive through and told her i was missing some fries and she said just pull up to the window and so i did and she hands me the bag with fries aggressively and slams the drive through window.

The store's indoor temperature is quite uncomfortable due to a lack of air conditioning. A comfortable environment is important for both customers and employees. Addressing this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. Proper cooling is essential for a pleasant shopping experience. Hopefully, a solution can be implemented soon. 1504 Custer Rd Plano. The employees are remarkable and are not complaining....they are better than me. I do not eat out to bring it back home. Order some spot coolers I can get you info if needed. I worked in the HVAC industry 27 years. No one can eat in there. If I didn't like the staff I would not have purchased anything.

Husband picked up chicken and it was completely overcooked. Burnt brown and dry- did not even taste like KFC. Never again!

Thought I would get KFC instead of Chick-fil-a for my kids. That was a mistake. $22 for tough, reheated chicken tenders, seriously? This is why at 12:30pm on a Saturday, nobody is in the drive thru at KFC and at Chick-fil-a you have 30 cars in line! I really don't know how this place stays in business.
