Thought I would get KFC instead of Chick-fil-a for my kids. That was a mistake. $22 for tough, reheated chicken tenders, seriously? This is why at 12:30pm on a Saturday, nobody is in the drive thru at KFC and at Chick-fil-a you have 30 cars in line! I really don't know how this place stays in business.

I used to app to order a chicken sandwich and to get it 50% off. I ordered the sandwich and it was ready within 5 mins. It was fresh and tasted amazing! The sandwich was huge as well, big enough to split. I will definitely come back to the KFC. It was remodeled and clean. I will continue to use the app too. It's very well designed and simple to use.

KFC has certainly gone down in quality. I ordered a 3 piece, original (not crispy). The chicken was so overcooked it was hard to get a fork through the skin. One piece was so bad I gave up & threw it out. The chicken was basically inedible. The fries were overcooked... The best part was the coleslaw. I will NOT be returning here the next time I want chicken.

Me and my family went to KFC and we were so excited when we entered their were nobody the food was made in the morning and it was just heated up but the staff was vary nice but the food was so raw and their were blood inside the chicken it was so disgusting so I recommend you don’t try it i will give it 0.5 star.
The chicken skin was still wet. I am sad to say I won’t be coming back to this specific location.

Unfortunately all these restaurants has gone down in customer service and everything. I went into the lobby of this KFC to place my order cause I’m not a drive- thru person and to my disbelief there was not one worker in the front of the building. I waited a few minutes thinking someone would come and greet and take my order. Unfortunately that did not happen I just left the restaurant I will not be visiting that establishment again. And the lobby didn’t closed until 10:00pm. No smell of chicken or anything.
Very bad service, the one who takes the order -/Alexa did not understand my order, she gave me what she wanted and she still got angry because I asked her that I did not ask for that, what bad service to be honest ?
