I have been to this location four times over the last week and a half trying to purchase the only thing I eat at KFC, the chicken pot pie. On three occasions I was informed that there were no pot pies and that there would be a 30min wait as more were prepared, outrageous for a fast food restaurant. But tonight's excuse beat all, I was told that once the pot pies are sold for the day there are no more for that day, this was at 6:45pm! So is it you run out all the time or is it that you only prepare 20- 50 for the whole day? Absolutely inexcusable!!!

This location has been one of the worst ones I’ve been in. I waited on the drive through with no cars for a long time without no one responding . Went in because maybe I thought it was closed and nope the person was just on their phone. I grabbed my things and left clearly they don’t need clientele.

The air conditioner was broken. They had a small fan in the dining room. We ordered online before we arrived and still had to wait 20 minutes. The fries were cold and the chicken wasn't good.

I order inside and they was just talking in the back and they ask me to wait 5 minutes then one of my orders was wings and after some time the lady says than i have to wait for the wings cause they didn't have enough, and she refuse to give me the receipt, she says than they will not have paper until tomorrow 😑 yeah sure...

Food was over cooked. Gave me dark meat instead of white. We don’t eat dark meat and they won’t answer the phone. Spent 20 $ and food is shit. Live to far away to go back!!!!!!

The manager is very, rude, disrespectful and will laugh in your face as she lie to you. Yesterday my son and I made a visit. Moving forward we order online but made it to the location early to make sure our food is fresh. What a joke right. The manager had us to pull up as we waited a good 24 minutes to be directly.
So, within waiting why the food still wasn’t fresh. Why it was brought to the manager attention. Instead of her fixing the problem she decided to be very rude and respectful on top of making an argument with me. As a paying customer that was really respectful about the food. The manger wanted to laugh in my face knowing good well she was lying on top of that continue to be disrespectful.
Let’s move forward she finally agreed to fix my food as that was another additional 28 mins of waiting just for the food to still not be fresh or hot. At this point I’m extremely piss didn’t make an argument about it but instead told her Corprate will be contacted. She made it her point to say she doesn't care and don’t need this job. People like this shouldn’t be working with people or around their food.
Lastly, let’s not forget as I was waiting on my food she making a transaction with another customer over the counter with items that appears to come from the dollar store. Again unprofessional and sad… I have it all on video as she informed the customer wile making a transaction that that internet isn’t working. Living proof that she doesn't value her job.

I don't really know how to make a review for KFC besides saying it's KFC fast food. Most likely you've had it. It's nothing to write home about it is fast food fried chicken. There is the minor benefit but it is fairly inexpensive to feed a family of six for $60 or less which is getting harder.

Just finished eating a three piece meal. The chicken is not a regular piece of chicken now. It’s a fabricated version of a real chicken tender. Oh, it was white meat but the texture is now tougher like a processed piece of chicken. It’s no longer looking like a real piece of chicken. Goodbye KFC !

Apparently they dont wear name tags, so you can't no the name of who is being rude to you. But the lady working in here today (7/25) had a major attitude problem.
I watched her act extremely rude and unnecessarily mean to an elderly lady in line, in front of me. Then when it was my turn to order she gave off the impression she would rather punch me in the face, then to take my order, even though I was extremely polite to her. This woman has no business working with the public, with an attitude like hers.
