I was very disappointed in my today’s order, I ordered two 3 pieces combos and got charged for, however when I got home, they gave me two pieces combos, not really frustrated due that got charge more but the order accuracy, not a happy customer.

Love KFC Chicken!! Was in and out quickly, order was correct and the guy at the drive through was on top of his game. Everyone there is amazing at doing their jobs!

If I can give zero stars I would give it , I’m extremely disgusted with the female manager that works nights . If you don’t want to work for the company then quit , she is so rude I have had numerous issues with my order and will try to call no answer so I come up there with the receipt or bring the food back she has never said that she apologizes for the error or say here are a few extra biscuits for the trouble or here is a drink or anything she just says okay and slams the drive thru window . I know people have bad days but this has happened multiple times. I’m definitely calling corporate to report her . Enough is enough.

So, I ordered a 12 piece bucket. For sides I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy for all 3. Went home, no gravy was present. Only received 4 out of 6 biscuts. Chicken was wet and soggy and had no flavor. I should have went to chicken express instead. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, and yet again I was disappointed. The drive through person was super nice though. Sadly, won't be eating at any KFC again. ?

hire mucho people need speak better english. i ask for the big pieces & she says we pick the first thing we can reach. i ask for five $1.00 bills back she says no no jose not here. and look what i get in the picture after getting on the highway to nacogdoches-- the (poquito) smallest freaking pieces they make! i'll never go back.
