None of the employees were wearing gloves, they were touching the food, one employee was eating food then went and touched customers food. Gross!! Filed a complaint with KFC corporate and plano health department.

Got there a few minutes before 10 pm on a Friday night 1/24 and was told out of fried chicken and only had strips or pot pies 🥧 they don't close till11 so wasn't happy so got wife pot pie and went to Popeyes across the street for my chicken I won't be back

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The food was ABSOLUTELY horrible! The chicken and tenders tasted like it was cooked in old grease! There was barely any batter on the tenders! The biscuits were hard like they’ve been sitting for a long time! The guy that was packing the food had his personal cell phone in hand talking on it! There was no gloves used while being on his personal phone and handling food!! I was completely blown away when I say him reach in with his bare hands to grab a fry and eat it!!! I will be writing corporate! They need to come out and see what their employees are doing! We spend too much money to not have decent food!

I ordered the Big Box with 3 pieces of Original Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Corn, a biscuit, and a drink. The regular price is $11.69. I had a coupon for $6.99. The service was quick, and the staff was professional. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted finger lickin' good.

Order ahead is a fantasy and places you behind literally everyone else. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:45, I’m there at 5:40, they serve half a dozen people in drive thru as I watch and when the lone employee acknowledges my existence says it’s almost ready. A full 10 mins later I’m told it will be another 10 mins because they are out of chicken. Yet they continued serving people at drive thru and counter.

Absolutely Disappointed! Ordered online for pickup yesterday, and my experience was nothing short of terrible. My order was incomplete, and the food was drenched in oil and way too salty to enjoy. Tried calling the store several times to resolve the issue, but no one picked up.
To top it off, the location is 20 minutes away from me, so going back wasn’t feasible. The lack of care and service is shocking. KFC, you seriously need to step up your game because this was a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I understand when food takes time to come out, especially if it's large orders. But if im waiting this long, i expect my food to at least be fresh and worth the wait. It took way too long for the employees to interact with not only me but also the other customers. Almost felt as if they were ignoring us and did not at least give us a heads up that it is busy or to give them a moment. Our presence wasn't recognized.So, it was a bit awkward and infuriating. Do better.
