My husband stopped by that store 30 minutes ago to get a family meal. When he got home and we tried the salad, it tasted sour and smelled bad. I tried contacting the store twice to tell them to check the expiration date, but no one answers the phone. I had to throw it away immediately. I hope I don't get sick from what I ate. It's worth mentioning that we love KFC, especially the salad and lemonade, but today even the lemonade was terrible. Waste of money.

From the moment I walked in, Janet greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and made sure my order was correct and delivered promptly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire visit a pleasure.
Janet is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like, and I truly hope she gets recognized for her hard work. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the food, but because of the welcoming atmosphere she helped create.

Asked for white gravey they gave brown gravey need sweet sour sauce for chicken fingers .Coleslaw container open spilled in car charged for extra gravey.2.65No receipt given will never go there again.they over charged for my chicken

I love good, hot, and fresh fried chicken. This Kentucky fried chicken came out fresh and the staff were very nice. They brought the food out, and happily corrected when we were missing an order. The tables were clean and the restaurant was inviting. Will be back again!

After waiting long time handed me wrong order. I told employee its wrong order then he started preparing my order and had to wait again for long time when the store was not busy at all. No sorry nothing from employee. Never coming back to this location.
