I’ve been in the chicken industry for a long time, and I don’t say this lightly—this KFC serves some of the best-tasting chicken in the county. The quality, flavor, and consistency truly stand out. Beyond the food, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. I especially want to recognize Jayden for his exceptional service. He was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive, and he represented the brand with a level of maturity and courtesy that is rare to see. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Excellent food, great service, and a team that clearly cares—well done.

Service at this place is bad. Came in about 15 minutes before the store opened, the person at the cashier showed an emotionless face and stated, We're open at 10, nothing ready yet. Came back 20 minutes later and made an order. That same emotionless person now showed a mocking place and still said, It's not ready yet. The food can be not ready, but you don't have to show you are not happy and mocking at the customer who order the food you could not make on time. Will not come back to this place, but I don't think she cares.

Worst location of KFC ever! First one employee tells me they serve halal chicken and then he writes on a paper telling me it is not halal and when I asked him what did you guys serve the family then that was already there and he said he didn’t take their order so whoever is planning on going to this location thinking it is HALAL well it is NOT!
Okay let's just be honest KFC's been around forever and every KFC is a little different it's not like it used to be where no matter which KFC you went to original recipe tasted the same and extra crispy taste of the same and whatever but now every time you go to whatever KFC you go to it's all just a little bit different and everybody seems to be buying chicken from someplace different and everybody seems to be flavoring the chicken a little bit different or not doing it exactly the way they're supposed to and that just makes the quality really low. So three stars it's okay it's a big greasy not always the best tasting sometimes too greasy sometimes too salty sometimes not enough flavor but always too greasy quality control is a big issue with KFC has been for years it'll never be the place it was when I was a kid in the '70s

this review is for corporate office from oklahoma city oklahoma. since when can a customer order coleslaw, be charged for coleslaw, then be told we dont have any coleslaw. when you ask to get a refund so you can leave you are told we dont do that a kfc. then sudeenly told they will remove coleslaw from a to go order, and call that customer and tell them they just wont have coleslaw. cashier connie at #j625245 wonderful help you have and great business ethics

My husband stopped by that store 30 minutes ago to get a family meal. When he got home and we tried the salad, it tasted sour and smelled bad. I tried contacting the store twice to tell them to check the expiration date, but no one answers the phone. I had to throw it away immediately. I hope I don't get sick from what I ate. It's worth mentioning that we love KFC, especially the salad and lemonade, but today even the lemonade was terrible. Waste of money.
