My partner and I went here for a weeknight dinner. I got the shoyu ramen and my partner got the hakata tonkotsu ramen.

My shoyu ramen was very good, wonderful broth, great noodles and bamboo shoots, and a very flavorful soft boiled egg. The chashu was fairly small, but it was still a great bowl.

My partner's tonkotsu was not as good as the shoyu. Nothing stood out as bad, but the broth was weak and the fungus was mediocre. It did have...
