Ordered a $220 aged stake to share with my daughter. It was tough with lots of gristle. We both had to spit out multiple bites because we could not swallow them. The quality at Perry's, Ruth's Chris, or even Outback is much better, especially for the price. Service was good until it came time to clear the plates, and the waiter noticed the food we spit out, and I said the steak had a lot of glisle. No reaction from the waiter or management. I would not recommend this place. If there was good service and food that matched the price I might go, but not as out stands. Lots of other good steak places.

The food is incredible. The atmosphere is to die for. The service is impeccable. Our server was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the meat and truly all of the dishes. You can't go wrong with any of the options but we decided we liked the 75 day aged steak the best. If you get the chance, you definitely should not miss out on this gem.

First time coming here after some recommendations and I was highly disappointed with everything from the food to the piss poor service I received. Waited 40 minutes for my well done steak that was served to me medium. I was livid. At that point the server tells me the side I ordered was unavailable. Why wait to tell me that after waiting 40 minutes for my entree to come out? Server barely came to my table. I was just annoyed and ready to go. And I did. Will not be returning

I am not a review kind of person. After my dinner at Knife steakhouse, I’m writing a review due to my absolutely excellent experience. Easily the best fine dining establishment in all of Plano by far. Me and my girlfriend felt extremely taken care of by all of the amazing service. The aesthetic of the restaurants bathrooms, bar, art, tables, and lighting is spot on and extremely enjoyable. The food was great, absolutely no complaints about the food, the sliders are 100% a go to appetizer. I will be coming back ordering a steak instead of a pasta. Thank you Knife Steakhouse for such a pleasant experience, your restaurant deserves more recognition.

seated at an initially beautifully decorated table that is rapidly stripped to bare right before very eyes (like an unamusing 7-second magic show). with only one other party present (tho large), a surprisingly looong wait for a chicken entree and cauliflower entree. waiter a bit ill-attentive, however management nearby and assisted (tho I would not recommend management continue to use the “this ain’t fast food” comment to customers who are inquiring about the wait time (the comment is a bit offensive and highly assuming (that the customer frequents fast food establishments (which I do not)))

The food was amazing. My steak was amazing baked potato was amazing, and my shrimp was awesome. Even the salad, thank you guys for all the hospitalities.

Great atmosphere. Started with crudite and bread service. Flavor was excellent but bread is served cold. That was disappointing as well as no one ever came back again to see if we wanted more. The Caesar salad was exceptional. It took over 30 mins to get our main entrees after the salad and our server never once stopped by to check on us or refill drinks. Service was definitely lacking and the biggest let down. The filet with bernaise was outstanding. Probably one of the best filets that I have had. Yet again, server never came back to ensure steaks were cooked to our liking. We had Pomme puree and that was also great. Creamed spinach was bland and watery and regret not sending that back. Dessert options also not impressive. The kitchen was also out of several items. While there were some high notes, overall there are much better steakhouses in the area. Too much competition to be mediocre.

Took a bit and seated us at a different table. We were given a plate of butter but no bread plate. Had to ask for bread plate twice, finally after more than 30 minutes received bread. Service very slow and unorganized. Table behind us was a dumping area for dirty dishes and sat there for at least an hour. Price of food not worth the hour drive to put up with service. This was my first time there with friends and will not go back.
