I stopped by on a whim, I don't live here. Cafe de la Hoya is awesome and not served scalding hot. I had the Ranchero and Strawberry Kolache they're both very tasty. Wish there was one in Fort Worth.

The dough is perfectly soft and fluffy, and the fillings are flavorful and proportionate. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Kolache Factory has become one of my favorite spots! I find myself stopping by more often than I planned because their kolaches are just that good. The dough is always perfectly soft, and the fillings are delicious, especially the sausage egg and cheese! The staff are super friendly .
