My husband came in on 11/25 to plan a breakfast for is guys and he chose Kolache Factory on Coit Rd. Long story short, we wanted to give a shoutout to Micheal, who was very helpful throughout the process.

Tried the Blueberry and Chocolate Muffins at this place. They are MORE MASSIVE than Costco’s muffins and that is saying something in my books I wasn’t even sure it was possible to beat Costco in muffin size but this place did. They were beautiful and the top layer was a bit harder but the rest was soft and fresh. I preferred the Blueberry as it had tons more flavor than the Chocolate, which landed a bit blander for me.
I only used the drive-thru and it wasn’t busy at all during a Wednesday lunch time. I was met with excellent service by the staff gentleman, who offered to warm up the items for me without me even asking. That was very nice of him. At the pick-up window, he even offered a buy 3, get 3 free offer on the kolaches - which I politely declined. I did end up purchasing a peach kolache but I couldn’t eat it once I discovered it had a meat filling inside. Totally my fault on that one.
Overall, I liked this establishment. Good place for snacks and coffee.

No one responds at drive through (multiple times has happened) Kolaches are either over microwaved or cold (today was literally cold even though I asked for warm) My large coffee was a 1/3 empty (see pic that was before I drank). I asked for sugar and cream. None provided Not coming back to this location again

I ordered three separate times through the app. The morning of, I got a call saying they only had whole milk when I had 3 orders of coffee, with one being ordered as coffee with almond milk. They asked if it was okay, I said no because I am lactose intolerant. They asked if I wanted a refund for that coffee and I said yes. When I got there with my boyfriend, the first two orders were correct but the last order was one less item. We asked about it and was told they had no more strawberry kolaches. Why? I ordered this a day in advance. You don't want to make one more at 11:45am when you know it's going to be eaten and not wasted? Absolutely lazy. They tried to give attitude and asked if I wanted to replace it or get a refund. I asked to get it replaced for another fruit kolache instead. I just wanted to leave. The coffee is nasty, so I got lucky I didn't get mine. We picked up the orders on Sunday, called Tuesday because I saw I didn't get a refund for the one coffee they said they'd refund. I was told a manager would reach out to me. It is now Friday and I have yet to receive a call or seen a change in the charge of my card. Highly disappointed. I want my refund.

I stopped by on a whim, I don't live here. Cafe de la Hoya is awesome and not served scalding hot. I had the Ranchero and Strawberry Kolache they're both very tasty. Wish there was one in Fort Worth.

I recently visited Kolache Factory, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The variety of kolaches they offer is incredible, and every one I tried was absolutely delicious. The dough is perfectly soft and fluffy, and the fillings are flavorful and proportionate. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast or craving a tasty snack, Kolache Factory is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!
