I love Kroger! This particular Kroger is my new favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Produce, bakery, and meat departments are excellent. Alot of times they will have unadvertised specials of the items I buy and can stock up on. Friendly staff. Can get in and out in a timely manner.

I usually stop here because of convenience but from now on I will go elsewhere. I don’tLike being followed around the store while I’m shopping. Even went as far as followingme outside of the store to my car. I literally have no pockets or purse/bag and I’m still followed this is ridiculous. Please spend your money elsewhere

This kroger has doubled their inventory items over the past couple of years. They have raised their shelves very high. Tons of selection. Good produce. The checkers are regular and very nice. The staff does not change. I was there one morning when one of the best checkers received a bonus card from the manager. Very well deserved. The attendant in the self check out has been there for years and years. Very attentive. Thank you Kroger.

Meats cereal bars and everything including the ksi and logan paul prime hydration drink and with the Nathan's onion rings baozza buns and cupcakes I'm going to need a picnic party. And a hostess twinkeys spinoff called bouncers. Kit kat once a candy and ice cream now has a cereal. Had shopping to do today.

I only come here when the store at Frankford and Marsh is closed due to lack of employees being able to work the designated store hours. But that's a whole nother storyROXY, The self checkout manager here tonight Saturday February 24th was amazing! She was a great conversationalist, she helped me with the ridiculous, " help is on the way," error message, and just overall made the end of my evening much better! I hope ROXY here at the Parker in Dallas North toll road location gets recognized because she was extremely kind to me!Quite frankly I'll probably actually spend the three extra minutes driving just to come up here as long as the employees are just like ROXY! THANKS GIRL ???

I was in this Kroger pretty late last night....between 10:00pm and 11:00pm. One of the young men working there walked me to my car because it was so late. I was very appreciative of that. I wish I had his name, but I didn't get it. This was excellent customer service!

2/14/24 Called the store multiple times and was instantly put on hold without anyone speaking to me first. Then they just stopped answering the phone all together. Customer service today sucks and is why we’d be better off having robots ? run the stores. The staff are about as friendly as emotionless ? robots ?(Previous Review was a 5 Star ⭐️.)

Cameron was so nice to help my 82 year old mother with a phone charger. She was having a hard time seeing in her car at night to plug it in and Cameron came out to her car and helped her. I really appreciate him taking the time to help my mom! What a nice young man!

This supervisor tried to take away my merchandise because she didn't swipe the card and everything was yelling at me in a loud, rude and aggressive voice. It's a shame that I work in a store that I love.

I went to Krogers because I live in Ranger and there are no Krogers, also there was a really good sale and Tuesday is the last day of the sale. One of the items was sold out so I went to customer service and the lady A J was working there, she told me she was a manager. I asked for a rain check and she was so rude and I felt like she discriminated against me because I was a different color, she treated me very poorly. There was no set limit in the sales ad. She said she would only write the rain check for me to get one, she's a manager and she's supposed to set a good example. Just wanted to let you know what's going on in your store, you really need to demote her.
