This place used to be good but recently all the drinks got so watered down that it feels like you are drinking coffe/ tea flavored water. Of course the whole thing is loaded with sugar to compensate for your diluted drink, but that's just boba in general.

This place used to be good however now everything is so watered down even after I asked them to make it extra milky. I ordered the rosehip milk tea and it barely has the same taste as it used to.

The worker there was super rude and didn’t even make my drink right!! Not bad drinks, but the workers are very rude and it took 15 minutes to make one drink!

I ordered a simple milk tea and it was so bitter that it tasted like black coffee so i ended up throwing it away. The girl with glasses can’t make drinks. Didn’t even think you could mess up a milk tea wasted my money here go somewhere else.

Given this place MULTIPLE opportunities, and because it’s closes to home. But the drinks are horrible 9 out of 10 times. Rather go out of my way and drive to different Kung Fu Tea. One recommendation is the one on Central Expressway, go here if you want a friendly experience, great customer service, and amazing drinks made correctly.

:( been here multiple times and still such a bad experience. my drink tasted super water down and asked if they could remake it. the lady was rude and questioned whether or not I even ordered it from there - even though i was still in the store and did not leave. Very disappointed in the customer service and my drinks! My other drink took way too longer to get done. Definitely prefer Carrollton over this location.

I'm a regular customer at Kung Fu Tea on Warren pkwy but since they close early I decided to go to this location. I placed my order around 9:15pm and it went through. I had a $4 voucher (since I love Kung Fu Tea) and my order was suppose to be ready by 9:24pm. I get there and the lights are mostly off and the doors are locked. I call and no answer, some customer in there opens the door and I go up and ask for my drink. The girl says that she called me to let me know that there was no MooMilk and says that they're closed so she couldn't make my drink. Im upset because I left there with no drink and lost my $4 voucher because someone decided they would close early.

Came into this location today and order 3 drinks. No one else in line and no drinks being made. In short, the boba ran out and there was an extended wait for my drink. It’s annoying, especially since boba is a staple ingredient for most drinks at a venue like this. But the real annoyance is when places like this, like many others, turn that screen when completing the transaction and it asks for a tip. When you tip at places like this you are simply placing your trust that the service will match the tip. Ironically, that is inconsistent with the original purpose of the tip. It’s actually asinine to tip BEFORE you actually get served. If I go back, I will not be tipping. I urge others not to either so venues like this stop using software that ask for tip before customers are served.

Ginger milk tea with Boba is where it is at. That is all that needs to be said.

Lately they have been lacking. The taste is more bland than the other places and they are becoming slower
