I visited this place and had an uncomfortable experience. The staff member who helped with my order selected a tip amount on my behalf without asking for my consent, and then handed me the payment screen to finalize the transaction. This was especially frustrating since this is a boba place where you simply walk up to the counter to order a drink—there isn’t much “service” involved that would warrant an automatic tip. Not to mention that we should have our freedom to decide what amount to tip. I believe tipping should be at the discretion of the customer, not pre-selected by the staff.
The tea was ok, but this experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope the management addresses this issue so that customers can feel more comfortable and in control of their tipping decisions.

Store closes at 9:30 PM, we arrived 9:15 PM, cashier was extremely rude and told us she is not accepting any more orders, this happened on 05/02/2024, worst experience ever, we drove all the way there, never coming back again

I had a terrible experience at Kung-fu and I avid customer since trying kung-fu tea in taiwan. Unfortunately, this kung-fu tea was not even busy and it took at least 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The lady seemed upset that we were ordering and she said they were closing at 10. Then The top of my drink wasn't sealed properly, and it spilled everywhere. When we asked if they could replace it, she laughed in my daughter's face while making themselves a drink. The customer service was beyond disappointing. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be switching to ShareTea. I hope Kung Fu tea can check on their franchises since it seems to be deteriorating!

I had a disappointing visit, and unfortunately, this isn't the first occurrence. Yesterday, a black lady was quite disrespectful. I would recommend that the manager ensure staff members are trained to handle customers more effectively. A few weeks ago, I faced a similar issue with a white lady when I wanted my drink prepared differently. Despite trying to communicate, she purposefully ignored me, and later stated that she knew what she was doing. YOU AREN’t GIVING US DRINK FOR FREE, WE ARE PAYING FOR IT. SHOW SOME BLOODY RESPECT. NOT VISITING THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.

Extremely bad service from the black and Hispanic girls. I ordered a drink that came with no sugar and wasn’t sweet at all. There was no sign next to the drink that said it was unsweet. The cashier didn’t say anything either. Once I got the drink and tried it, I went up to say there was no sugar and they say it’s the only drink on their menu without sugar and I should have known. They didn’t want to replace my drink, until after 5 minutes of arguing with them. Extremely poor service and it’s enough to lose my business after coming to this place since it’s been open. Maybe hire more competent employees.
