They already added the tip in my bill and the waitress did not inform me verbally. They directly showed me the tip selection section and I ended up tipping twice the amount. I expect the waitress to verbally inform me that tip has already been included in the bill.

My husband and I ate here a week ago and loved everything about this place. We have been looking for an indian restaurant since we moved here 6 months ago and finally found a place we really enjoy. The customer service was great. Staff was welcoming and suggested great veggie options. We had mushroom curry for the first time served with chapati, stir fry noodles with veggies, and veggie biryani(I hope I spelled that right). Everything was so flavorful and delish. The prices are very reasonable and well portioned. The atmosphere is very calming. I can not wait to go back.

Enjoyed a good labor day weekend special meal. Staffs were super kind, quick and polite :) definitely a place to come here for some good authentic south indian meals 🩶

Avoid avoid this place please . One of the worst ever ambience and there are folks opening beer bottle and sprinkling it to the adjacent tables.
When it comes to food you will need to search for mutton pieces in the biryani and it is filled with 98% rice .
Save your time , your money and have some quality food and better ambience elsewhere.

This was our first visit to Kuppanna, Plano, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. We walked in on a Sunday around 12:40 PM without a reservation and were warmly welcomed and seated within 10 minutes. Our order was taken promptly, with thoughtful recommendations from the staff.
We ordered five non-veg unlimited meals (and yes, they’re truly unlimited!). The flavors were outstanding, especially the fish pulusu and mutton biryani, which were absolutely delicious. Service was quick, hygiene was well-maintained, and the staff was attentive throughout—checking if we enjoyed the food and happily serving us more.
Overall, it’s one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve visited in the USA. Highly recommended!
