How do you sell food with two small containers of red sauce? I ordered a cake and some chilaquiles with chicken and egg. I open the bag and only find two containers of red sauce. I ask her to please give me two more. She says she can't because they scold her. I told her to sell them to me. or collect the tips I gave you, you can't say no to a customer, charge them or do something Please show them what customer service is like, her name is María! I think I have been a customer for many years at the Montfort Drive location in Dallas, we moved to a flat and I am also a customer of this store. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, please correct it. Thank you.

The food was really tasty; you can tell everything was fresh and made on the spot, and the agua de Jamaica was delicious and refreshing. The staff was nice, and everything was clean. Initially, the prices seemed high, but the portions are huge, making it definitely worth the cost!

I was standing in line behind a group of 3. Another Mexican couple came in on another side. A worker asked who is next and the Mexican man in front of me pointed to me. The boy worker ignored him and waited on the Mexican couple. I threw my hands up and said "are you frigging kidding me?" I walked out. I will NEVER go back there again.
Ordered the torta de fajita, burrito, and tacos. The food tastes good. The service is top tier. The staff is friendly and they are fast. Would def come again.

I just order 2 milanesa tortas and unfortunately they were so nasty . The bread was all wet and cold and they didn't even wait to long to keep it them warm .. they told us to pick them up in 10 min, which we did but the food was nasty for the price yall charge at least the food should be fresh and warm. ?
