Came through for a client meeting, had the Beef & Parmesan Potatoes. It was delicious. In general, a solid representation of what a la Madeleine is corporately.
4 stars for the atmosphere mainly cause it was loud compared to other locations. Still solid but I would have likely have chosen a different venue for a business meeting.
I'll come back through & update the rating if the atmosphere is different.

Yesterday afternoon around 4:30 pm our family had dinner here and must say food was excellent! We had the salad samplers plus we had the Turkey Bistro sandwiches everything was good but most of all the reason why I’m making this review is to give the person that was assisting us with our order deserves a HIGh 5 and that is Shawn/Shaun sorry not sure on the spelling of his name. Simply LOVED your positive attitude and so very courteous!!! Our Family Thanks you!!!! (Shawn/Shaun)

I absolutely love La Madeleine! It’s hands down my favorite restaurant — the food, the atmosphere, everything is just perfect. Their sandwiches are always fresh and incredibly delicious, I’ve tried many, and every single one has been amazing. The coffee? Truly the best I’ve ever had.
I order online through their app all the time and my order is always perfect.
I also love going there with my family to eat — the place feels so cozy and welcoming and the staff is always welcoming.
I recommend La Madeleine to all my friends because it truly has it all: incredible food, amazing coffee, great service, and a comforting atmosphere. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 🩷

I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael at La Madeleine! He is truly one of the sweetest and most welcoming employees we've ever encountered. Every time we walk in, he greets us with a big smile and such a happy, positive energy—it instantly brightens our day. His customer service is absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuine. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. Michael is a true gem and makes every visit to La Madeleine a great experience!

Very Nice. Have avoided this place for years and not sure why. My kids recently tried it and got me interested. Finally took some to go with my wife. Got to put in my order to an actual person (no kiosk) and it all was delicious 😋

The chocolate almond croissant was extremely old, almost as hard as a stone. Unfortunately, the Nutella muffin was also very stale. While the place itself is nice, this was my last visit.
