I previously left a review about kettle cooked jalapeño chips being placed inside the burger instead of the usual fried jalapeño crisps. After it was fixed, I deleted my review because I appreciated the correction. Unfortunately, it’s happening again. Kettle cooked chips do not belong inside burgers, especially without any notice. Please either keep the original ingredients or remove the item if they’re unavailable.

The food at Lime N Dime is genuinely great — which makes this even more frustrating to write.
Their phone service is absolutely terrible. I’ve tried multiple times to call and place pickup orders, especially during Ramadan to break my fast, and they almost never answer. Today I was in the area and decided to stop by, thinking maybe they’ve just been busy before. The restaurant was empty. Employees were sitting on their phones watching soccer, and while I was inside, the phone rang — and no one answered it.
This seems to be a pattern, not a one-time issue. The owner needs to address this before it starts costing the business real customers. The food is too good for the service to be this careless.

Had been ordering zinger chicken burgers and unfortunately the patty was so skinny and dry and couldn’t eat it. This had happened with us thrice and their loaded fries were made of stale fries. Would not recommend their chicken burgers anymore.They are not consistent.

I order loaded fries and i think it was my worst decision becuse when i took my first bite it was so salt like they put a whole box of salt! I couldn't even eat half of it and had to throw it in trash. It was pure waste of money and time. Never ever coming again here. Don't let the cheap prices fool you!
