The order was placed on the phone. The person who took the order got the order wrong. I ordered one Chicago deep dish for slice. She sent me two deep dish pizzas which I was charged for. She also had to take my credit card numbers again since she got the numbers wrong on the phone, I would hesitate to order on the phone again just have to go there and order itwhen I called to complain, the person working, they just hung up on my call. Hot n Ready,. Should be called, OLD and COLD,,We went in tonight for the advertised, $9.49 cheese stuffed crust hot n ready pizza. Upon arrival we were greeted by the employee. We requested the Hot n Ready stuffed crust pepperoni. Immediately we were told, "that will be 10 or so minutes". We asked what happened to hot n ready? The employee he said, " ya, that's kind of a scam". We were like Wow,.. so then we asked what was ready? He said, "I have pepperoni, cheese, or Xtra pepperoni with Xtra cheese". We said we'll take a Xtra pepperoni Xtra cheese. Then we paid and drove home(5 minutes). When we arrived at the house we sat down, opened the box and immediately noticed this pizza didn't have Xtra pepperoni or cheese and little to no sauce. We decided to move on. The pizza was cold, hard, and tasted day old. Having to reheat this was completely unacceptable. This Little Cesars should definitely be avoided!! Any place else would be more acceptable

Bought a pizza and breadsticks. Breadsticks were burnt when opening. Drove back to the store. The worker said he was sorry and just handed me a new bag without checking if that one was burnt too or not. Not remorseful that I wasted my time coming back. Came home. That bag was burnt too. Tried it and it made us gag it tasted chemically. Never coming back and we were frequent buyers here.

Unprofessional service. Girl at the front was curt and did not notify me that my order was ready! Waited in the lobby until I asked her. She said”I already told you….”
This is one of the best Little Caesars locations. I will always get my orders from this location because they always get my order right and it’s always hot and fresh. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to make the ordering/pickup process go smoothly. I definitely recommend it! Thank you to the Little Caesars team!

Fast, friendly, professional service. Pizzas were delicious with square cuts for an AAA+Parking: A couple of reserved for “20-minutes only” spaces and plenty of other spaces right on the curb in front of the store.
Ordered extra cheese and pepperoni and it was the best pizza I have ever had!
