This is one of the best hot pot spots in the area. We got the best service from Tyler., our server They enjoyed their great selection of soup bases (compared to Korean hot pot). We got the tomato soup base with fruit notes and Tyler even took the time to make 2 special sauces for us. Try to go at the less busy times (and non-weekends if you want to save $$$) as you will need to place your meat orders with your server and if they're packed service will be slower. Great value...
My husband and I had the BEST experience at this restaurant! The customer service was exceptional. Panda was phenomenal, as well as our server Kaley. We never went without, the food quality was so delicious. We tried just about everything since it’s all you can eat. We loved trying their signature sauce as well as making our own at the sauce/dessert bar. We left so full and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend 10/10 ?
