The best vegan ice cream I’ve had—- and I’ve had a variety of brands!! Tonight Local Creamery hosted spirit night for our kids school. The service was amazing— I chatted with Lane (the owner) for a short minute to let him know how much we enjoyed our ice cream. The vegan strawberry ice cream was hands down my favorite (very creamy with real strawberry chunks). Our kids loved playing the board and outdoor games! Overall 10/10.

We absolutely love this mom and pop ice cream place. The folks who own this establishment make you feel right at home. Each Texas-sized scoop is rich, creamy and made fresh in house, can't get much better than that! There are many flavors to choose from and each has its own unique flavor profile. They also offer coconut based dairy free options of some of their flavors.
Some of our favorites are: The Panther (seasonal), The Wildcat (seasonal), Mint Chip, Strawberry, Birthday Cake, and Vanilla. I love the vanilla on top of the brownie square, as it is perfect for sharing. The brownie is huge and is definitely shareable. They also have cookies, cones and toppings to add to your ice cream. The dining area is always clean and well maintained. We always enjoy our visit each time we drop in!

So first, the Brookie was amazing and might be the best ice cream I can remember ever having. My daughter mixed her Brookie with chocolate and said the same to me before I had a chance to say it. The service was prompt and courteous, and the seating is a good mix for all types, and they even have some games for a hang out as well. Terrificly done ice cream parlor.

They also offer a wide variety of gluten free and dairy ice cream options including gluten free waffle comes. Board games are available to make it a fun family outing or great place to meet friends. Brooke and Lane (the owners) are so welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend!!

Parking: Several parking spaces are available right up front, where you don’t even need to walk through the parking lot. You just pull up and are immediately on their patio. Plenty of extra parking throughout the parking lot.
