**Update** Been back, Dec 12th, we won't be back. The fish is still overcooked,dry, fries were cold. There was only 1 person beside the cook working and he was filling the orders. He wouldn't take my order, insisted that I order on the kiosk. There are people that don't like ordering on the kiosk, me being one of them. So we won't be back, with the food being bad, lack of counter help, rude management. Sad too, cause it use to be pretty good.

Pretty good fast food fish. Very salty but once in a while it is worth it as a splurge. The fish did not travel very well getting the half hour home but I could see where it had come from. I love the breading they use.

7:13 PM Monday 11/3 - we are the only customers here. One seating section closed. 8 of 9 tables that are open are dirty. Will never return. Bad enough that you order via kiosk, but filthy conditions ALWAYS extend to the kitchen. It gets better... ordered a side of 3 shrimp.... SEVERELY undercooked. How is this possible??? To top it all off, I'd ordered a side single piece of chicken with a fish dinner - it never came. What a terrible experience. Never again. Never. UPDATE: it's now 1:11 AM and my wife and I are both very ill. Food poisoning!!!!! GREAT!!!

The lady who took our order was an absolute gem!!!! Literally one of the sweetest people we have encountered at a fast food restaurant in a very long time!! The food was good but the service we got from her topped it all!

I know it's terribly unhealthy, but for a once a month treat, we've always liked this joint. However! they have now substantially shrunk the chicken and fish planks. It's a rip now. We're done w this place.

I used to eat at this location several years ago, and then I moved. When I moved back it was under construction, and was being renovated. After it reopened, I ordered the 2PC FISH MEAL with Green Beans, Cole Slaw, and Hushpuppies. Keke took my order, and helped me with my Seacret Society Rewards app. Then Crystal answered other questions I had. Dan brought the food to my table. He checked back with me, and the other customers who were dining in at 2 other tables, to make sure everything was ok. It was. Keke, Crystal, and Dan are courteous and professional employees. Also, a positive shout-out to everyone else in the kitchen. The food was good, and the remodeling makes this look like a new restaurant. UPDATE MARCH 20, 2025: I've eaten at this location a few more times since I left the previous review. I want to add Kattie, Brice, Bryanna, Na'cole, Dave, Lashavia, Katy, Jaden, and Tyree as additional team members who make this a wonderful place to dine. They all provide excellent customer service! Job well done! Thank you! UPDATE MAY 2, 2025: Kattie helped me with the app, and took my order. David, Alondra, Bryanna, and Felipe also helped, and made sure everything was good. My combination platters were delicious. They all contribute to keeping the restaurant clean. Thank you all! UPDATE JUNE 26, 2025: Na'cole helped me with the app, and took my order. She gave me 2 extra hushpuppies because of a problem in the app. Thank you! David cooked my 2 fish, fries, & hushpuppies perfectly. Joy, Bryanna, & Daisy G. also helped to make dining in a wonderful experience! UPDATE JULY 10: Joy took my order. David cooked. Na'cole & Bryanna were there also in the kitchen.
