Placed my order online for the appetizer wings . I didn’t not leave my house UNTIL i received the text saying my order was ready which was a 15 minute drive after. Once i got there and parked in the pickup spot and notified them of my arrival, i waited in the the car for 45 minutes and no one came out ! I finally went inside and there was a line as well for others who had been waiting outside for close to an hour to pick up their food as well . All of our orders were ready and just sitting at the end of the bar waiting for an employee to deliver them to us . After now waiting inside for my food , i went to the end of the bar to grab my food and an employee came from out of the kitchen and stopped me and rudely grabbed my food and asked me “Did anyone say it was ok for you to come grab your food ?”.. that was very unacceptable! And the customer service was poor ! I’m very disappointed in this location

Had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse. The wait time was short, which was a nice surprise. The food was delicious and seasoned perfectly—steak cooked just right and full of flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Drinks were also very good and well made. Overall, a solid dining experience and definitely worth coming back.

This restaurant is amazing. The food was awesome and the service runs like clockwork. I had the ribeye and it was simply superb; best steak I’ve eaten in a long, long time. I had the Molten Lava cake for dessert; it was ridiculously good. I’m definitely going back. Plan to have a complete meal; don’t skimp out on anything.

I been eating at long horn for quite a while now. But, recently I been having problems out of the Manager Kylie. First, they get very upset then start talking amongst other employees when you send things back that’s too cold or hard like most of the times I went there! This very last time I went there & WAS TOLD NOT TO COME BACK! All because the MANAGER KYLIE tried to over charge me on an item & I tried explaining to her that’s the incorrect price and at the end she told me to make that my last meal at long horn because she said ( HER EMPLOYEES WENT TO THE BACK & told her they OVER HEARD ME USING PROFANITY). Those managers and employees are EXTREMELY MESSY & talk very BADLY about their customers to one another! After the situation I spoke to the Director about everything & she apologized to me and told me that it was fine to eat there when ever I want and gave me a gift card since I was IN FACT CORRECT about the OVER CHARGE FOR A SALAD! She said she will speak to Managers and that will Not happen again! Ok, Since I had a gift card I went to get My children food! I waited 25 to 35 mins just for the Manager Deloris to come out and tell me to Leave EMBARRASSING & HUMILIATING ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, when indeed I was told it was ok to go there! SHE TOLD ME THEY TRIED to contact me 4 times & that my phone was saying ( DISCONNECTED)! VERY UNTRUE!!!! Anywho, some how the director was able to get through to me when SHE ACTUALLY CALLED & REACHED OUT! It’s so sad Deloris & her team was very Untruthful about the things they CLAIMED I DID! Where’s YOU ALL INTEGRITY?

The Manager Deloris and Kylie have No Integrity! Me and my children were treated very poorly! After waiting for 25 mins on a table just to sit down & get Told to leave and followed out to my car by employees ! I have videos of Deloris standing over me telling me to get up and leave & videos of them following me out to my car! Because I was over charge for a side Dish! I was humiliated and embarrassed! Very bad energy in this place! Find a better Restaurant to eat at besides this one!
