I ordered and got my boba in like 2 minutes. It was fast service and friendly. I really enjoyed finding out that the decor (plants) were for sale and really like the aesthetic as I am a plant dad and will be coming back for bobas and baby plants to add to my collection.

Sea salt mango tea w/ crystal boba was DELICIOUS! The taro with honey boba was super good too. And the place was so cute! Overall a 10/10

Ordered Sea salt mango ice tea and Tea 7 (with chia seeds). Super cute and vibrant cafe with yummy refreshing drinks . The sea salt foam is such a good pair on the mango ice tea.They also have lots of small businesses set up products in the store, like plants, reusable boba cups, and boba candles.

MY DAUGHTER WAS HAVING A PANICK ATTACH BECAUSE SHE HAS PTSD AND SOMETHING TRIGGERED AN EPISODE. So after calming her down i took her to get her favorite boba. When i entered this establishment nobody was at the counter, they were all hanging out on the clock in the back room. Strike 1. So after they got up and decided to come to the counter i explained that its hard for me to see and asked about the flavors of teas. The response i received was very rushed. I was told about three flavors of boba popping pearls so she chose strawberry, then the guy asked me what flavor, i asked him what flavors he has. He spoke so fast i didn't get any of it. So frustrated, i squinted at the menu and couldn't see so i asked him again. He told me strawberry mango she she chose strawberry. After they made the boba and handed it to her they rushed to the back before we could even say thank you and leave the store. We were literally alone in the store for a minute and left. Horrible customer service, i will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN…. These people don't care for customer service at allll, there wasn't a drop of care. They only got up to sell a quick boba and get back to what they were doing in the back which was obviously more important. And my daughter wasnt satisfied with the taste of the drink. But just happy i got her something.

Do not support this business if you have a family because they do not want your business. Tried to order a strawberry milk for my upset toddler without the strawberry flavoring or separating the flavoring but they absolutely refused!! Asked if it’s a premixed so they can’t separate the flavoring and they said no. They said they use regular milk and just add the flavoring. So they outright refused to not add flavoring to the milk. Either they are just mean and insist on refusing to sell milk for a child to consume OR the employees did us a solid because it’s not safe for a child to consumer.

Hands down the best Boba place around. no other Taro tea can compare. My husband and I always compare other Boba tea shops to Mac's and so far nothing has ever beaten it! Wish the online ordering was currently available, but we still come by often.

The milk tea is extremely bitter as if they over seeped the tea. I ordered an oolong classic milk tea 100% sweet and it came out tasting so bitter with a horrible after taste. They refused to give me a new drink or refund. The only thing they could do was add more sugar or milk. I didn’t need it to be sweeter, just not bitter. A huge waste of $5, pls save your money and go elsewhere.
