We always enjoy visiting Maggiano's as the food an ambiance are always great. My go-to is the medallions and I never have an issue with them until this visit. This visit as always, I order medium rare, but this time the meat was lightly browned on outside and a deep meaty red. Normally when you place the fork in, the top layer is solid, but this time it was loose and hard to stick fork in by the meats lightly almost seared outside. I did report and they did take back to the kitchen. When returned the meat was medium rare to medium depending on the medallion. Also, when first arrives, it has the sauce applied to the top. By the time it arrived back at the table, the re-seared meat was placed on top of the previous sauce so there was little flavor other than the seared steak flavor. Initially the medallions were on top of sauteed spinach as I requested in lieu of the potatoes. When the dish arrived back, it was on the bead of fresh spinach, like a salad. Overall, for the most expensive dish at the table, I should have gone with one of the lower priced meals as all were up to their normal standards. We did receive a complimentary desert/starter for our next visit. However, I may reconsider this dish in the future as it will either be spot on or a significant miss.

We had a fantastic experience at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Plano! The service was fast and attentive, and the staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for both family dinners and special nights out. You can truly feel the hospitality and pride in everything they do. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Italian food and great service!

I used to love to come to Maggiano's just for the Maggiano's salad, but they've pretty much cheapened and destroyed that by adding avocado and smoked bacon--neither of which are even CLOSE to Italian, instead of real prosciutto. Please bring back the original recipe.

We went to Maggiano’s to celebrate my husband’s birthday and were really disappointed to see the new menu. A lot of our favorites were removed and they no longer allow you to buy a take home pasta. We’ve gone many times in the past and usually get complementary lemon cookies for special occasions but I guess they either stopped doing that or forgot it was my husband’s birthday because they were never offered to us. We did make sure to tell them we were celebrating his birthday and our server even wished him a happy birthday so they did know when we sat down. At this point the price no longer matches the quality or amount of food which is really sad. This was a favorite place of ours. We celebrated our engagement here years ago.
