Worst run operation I've ever seen! The website is down for 2 days and you cannot schedule bowling any other way. It was reported and their IT department supposed to work on it. This is before XMAS when trying to schedule family events. The people running the place have no business in their positions. It's like seeing dead people.

Went on Wednesday 10/8 when it was pleasantly empty. Paid 27.05 per person for an unlimited pool bowling and lazer tag. Stayed from 11:30 until they were about to close. Spent about $80 on arcade tickets for a group of 4. Added unlimited mini escape rooms for $5 to the pass and the young lady who helped us was helpful. There were 2 10 minute options and both were rlly fun. We only played laser tag once because the person who worked that slightly seemed like we were bothering her. The VR games were fun. Bowling was fun we were on lane 16 and the pins would fall before we would even bowl which was slightly annoying. Ate pizza, wings, fries, icecream and the chips and queso were my favorite. Wings were lukewarm like they were cooked first and waiting for pizza which was super hot and had huge pepperoni. Will likely return on a weekday while kids are in school. Had a blast.

Don’t waste your money.
We came to Main Event around 3:30 on a Friday. It wasn’t busy, which was good, but we purchased the “All You Can Play” pass for 4 people. The employee at the register told us this included the escape rooms, so we waited until 5pm for them to open. When we went to check, we were told it wasn’t included after all.
While waiting, we tried to use the arcade. Multiple machines to load money on the play cards weren’t working. I asked an employee for help, and she told me she couldn’t do anything and to go back to the front. On top of that, about 6 different arcade machines weren’t working at all and just ate our money.
In total, we spent $130 for the “All You Can Play” pass, $114 on the arcade, and $60 on food, and the service was awful. The staff wasn’t helpful, the games didn’t work properly, and the experience was a complete waste.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was there over the weekend for an event and was beyond impressed by my experience. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the out of the ordinary but i was blown away. The staff? 1000/10. Cleanliness? 10/10. Customer service? 10/10. Whatever you’re doing over there, keep it up. It was awesome to experience.

I had a great experience. There's something for everyone to play. I came for an event with a church and the food was actually really good. It was Mexican food and the quality was good. I'm a vegetarian and they had veggie quesadillas, nachos with queso and all the toppings including guac, salsa, cheese Pico, black beans, etc. For non-vegetarians they had meat ( I think beef) and chicken. I was impressed. As far as the games, there's something for everyone. You can do something very active such as bowling, laser tag, escape rooms and more. I did a couple of virtual reality games. The roller coaster one made me nauseous, but the King Kong one was a lot of fun. You can have fun with different arcade games, car racing games, or nostalgic games like Pac-Man. If you look, there's something for everyone to have fun.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday there on July 26 with family. I paid for bowling for 6 people and 90 minutes. They set it up for only 60 so I went to the front desk. After representative waited on three groups then he helped me. He sarcastically stated he fixed it he added 30 minutes to the 60 which equals 90. I maybe be older but not stupid. Also they had two team members going up and down the lanes to make sure no one was bowling illegally but not picking up food on the floor or wiping water, my daughter slipped on food almost falling. Worst of all my husband got food poisoning and was sick all week. I will never return and I tell all others there are a lot of other bowling places in Plano.

We had a great time playing billiards and laser tag at main event. Lester did an awesome job facilitating laser tag and giving us tips. He made our night!

Nobody could get service at the bar on 8/2 around 3pm. They weren’t even busy, guys are avoiding eye contact. 20 mins to get a water, we had to take turns bowling to stand in line
