I would like to thank everybody working here. We had my son's birthday here today and the kids had a blast . Everything was so organized, on time, quick if there is changes. They accommodated 15 kids so well with an excellent host(her name was gey) who was helping in every second. Thank you all for the great day and all the fun.

We went for my daughter's Birthday & my kids & grandkids bowled & ate a couple of appetizers & played games. Our young waitress was surprisingly attentive & seemed to enjoy working there as well. We will definitely be back should we go out like this as a family again. They do offer VA discount in bowling as well.

So we visit this location regularly when pinstack is full. We enjoy the food combos and open lanes, pinstack is always full. So when we arrived the waitress attending out area was quick to ask if we were ready to order to witch I replied that I needed a few more minutes to get settled in. Immediately after that she vanished. I spent the next 15 minutes or so trying to get someone to take our order, the place was not busy by the way. I asked other employees who walked by to help us to witch they replied she will be with you shortly tic toc tic toc another 15 min went by before she re appeared. By the time we received our order we were 45 mins into an hour long bowling session no napkins no plates. Again she vanished and again I had to flag down other employees to ease bring us plates and napkins. When it came time to leave again nowhere to be found to bring us the bill and nobody else would help. Again the place was not busy

EDIT: We actually submitted the “contact us” thing at the same time as this google review. So far, STILL no reply. Why ask us to contact you if you aren’t planning on responding? It’s been four days. Very unprofessional.
Out of all the games we tried to play, nine were not working correctly. When we tried to alert an employee, we were told they couldn’t do anything and we’d have to find the game mechanic. We aren’t here to play hide and seek. Don’t bother coming for the games. They’ll just take your credits. Maybe you’ll have better luck with bowling.

Literally, all the Arcade games were broken or didn't function properly they all just sucked our credits away.
The bowling lanes were also faulty (not just ours) they were beeping foul sound and not letting you score properly.
They serve alcoholic beverages but they don't have a bar tender or anyone who can make drinks. The guy who made the drinks (Jack & Coke and Titos on the rocks super simple drinks) made us wait about 15 minutes.
Needless to say, I never got my food order and gave up and canceled after waiting for about 45 minutes and let me tell you it was very very slow but still we did not get served properly neither did the other two lanes.

Went to the bar to get water to go, and the bartender refused as he stated it was technically considered liquor to go, which is absurd, so I asked for water and he still ended up giving me a plastic water cup. He was just trying to be difficult, no class.

Super hot inside. No type of ac circulation. They must be trying to save money on electric bill because we were all literally sweating while we were in our lane. Beers were not warm. They were HOT. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE IN A BUCKET WITH BARELY ANY ICE

I just drove an hour and a half to get to this location. Only to be turned away at the door because they are rented out for an event from 5-10. Who rents out on a Friday night for an event? There might be 25 people inside. This place can shove it! Literally disgusted.
