We had lots of fun. It was one of the smaller ones. It looked more like a bowling alley. They had a lot of lanes. Food was good and we had a great waitress!!

That was so much. Only issues were the bowling lane kept shutting down after id roll a strike. We wait 10 to 20 minutes? Also the pockets on the pool tables kept falling out once a ball would go in. Still fun though.

The front desk Staff was very rude. Wasn't willing to help with the questions and kept denying giving the stuff even the table was empty. Though games and deals were good.

We recently hosted a social event for our track and field booster club at Main Event, and it was a fantastic experience! A special shoutout to Alessandra, our event coordinator, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. With a large group of athletes in attendance, her organization and professionalism made the event seamless and enjoyable for everyone. The atmosphere was perfect for team building, and our athletes had a great time. Thank you, Alessandra and Main Event, for helping us create such a memorable experience! I had an amazing experience at Main Event Plano during the Teacher appreciation event! From the moment we arrived, Anthony greeted us with his infectious smile, instantly making us feel welcome. His positive energy and attentiveness took the service to another level. The food was outstanding—the wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, while the fries were perfectly seasoned and fresh. The bar service was equally impressive, with friendly and fast bartenders crafting great drinks all night. The combination of delicious food, excellent drinks, and Anthony’s incredible hospitality made this event truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!
