As The Pokeball Turns

Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch:

Starting the day here felt like entering a cozy Johto Gym with a simple setup, newspaper-covered tables, and atmosphere stats that quietly boost morale. Service moved with Quick Attack speed. I blinked and the Chicken Fried Steak, over-easy eggs, hashbrowns, and biscuits with gravy were already on the field. The steak and gravy combo hit like a high-powered physical move, and those buttery biscuits were soft enough to feel like a well-timed Soft-Boiled heal. The only move that didn’t Critical Hit was the hash browns. They were fully cooked but missing that crispy edge, like a Fire move without the burn chance. Still, this battle ends in a guaranteed spot in the breakfast rotation and worth a visit for those looking for a good breakfast spot.

The cinnamon roll is awesome when available. Large portion, sometimes enough to share. Very reasonable price for it. Save room for it. Best when eaten warm. Apple and pecan tucked in the crevices. Also extra delicious when you add a little butter on it for ooey gooey extra love, but fine without it too!

Breakfast Special: All very tasty, personal preference: Bake bisquits longer, get a crusty bottom.

The place is an old time diner setting. It's a little dated. The service is excellent. We each had a typical breakfast with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy. The food was good but the best was the biscuit. It was buttery, flaky perfection!
