Kid-friendliness: Basically anyone can visit even with their kids, as long as they're well-behaved and not make a ruckus because the employees need to concentrate on their work to prepare the tea and desserts, and the tables and chairs need to be kept clean.

I used to love Mango Mango, but lately, service is terrible. It seems that they only have one person in the kitchen. Every time I go, we have to wait 30 min or more for our desserts even when it is not busy at all. Also, the place is never clean, I always have to wipe the tables, and I was served nasty tea. I noticed my tea cup was so dirty. When I tried to clean it, the napkin came out black. It was disgusting. Even when the desserts taste good, between the wait and and higiene, I don't know if I'll be back.
