Breakfast was amazing! Ingrid took very good care of us and the chilaquiles were delicious! My BIL ordered waffles, bacon, and an omelet, all good! Definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

Maple Bacon used to be an amazing breakfast restaurant, but it is now severely diminished. Breakfast yesterday was mediocre at best. Hot sauce was added to an omelette because it was so bland. The strawberry topping on the French toast was right out of a can. Original owners would have never served this food. Unfortunate that MB has fallen off so badly.

My first time to try this place, and I wasn’t disappointed! There were plenty of options, so it was difficult deciding on the right one. My server, Melissa, was absolutely terrific; she made a great recommendation and was attentive and friendly. I saw her give the same level of attentiveness to everyone else in her section.
