I went in for a pick up the lady saw me entetering I was standing by the counter for 5 minutes. She completely ignored me. If she can't multitask please hire more people today was terrible. The lady working behind is in her own world not being attentive to people .

Store run by idiots. Said they couldn't deliver my order put in through the marcos app because it didn't have a valid phone number when I've placed dozens of orders through the same app profile with the same phone number saved.

This place has absolutely terrible service, delivery, and drivers. Trust the people who talk about the rude and unprofessional staff - that are making your pizza. On multiple occasions they have delivered food over an hour and a half late, or not at all. Some occasions when they did deliver it, it had random toppings added on it. Other times it was broken apart and looked completely disgusting. They will even filter the order through DoorDash without your knowledge because they only have 1 driver and claim it's out of their hands if something happens to it. Read the real reviews and STAY AWAY from this location.

The rude GM is the reason for the awful and incompetent culture that has been created here. Save yourself the trouble and order from a more established pizza chain.

GM is a joke; he’s rude to people who aren’t even being rude & then purposely makes your food wrong multiple times. When you explain it (nicely), he argues. Told me he didn’t have to tell me his name (lol) after asking him, because he is who rang up this order that was supposed to be a replacement order from a previously wrong order under his employees codes (receipt said a different name and he said it wasn’t him). They added wrong toppings out of spite 3x because they didn’t want to fix it.

Vegetarian options: The manger was very Rude. She was there 9/19/2024 12 o’clock. She ask me several times what what ??? Every time ask something she will say what I can’t hear 👂 you and make fast I need to she was the Rudest person ever met. Never 👎 go there again. And I till all my 22 employees Not to go there because of here.

I had to delete my previous stellar review because you're not worthy of a positive refliction! Absolutely appalling! I have enjoyed this delivery restaurant extensively in the past. I tried to phone in an order 5 times last night! I held on the line the first time for 14 minutes. The phone was answered and i could hear everything in background yet no one speaking. I couldn't speak loud enough for them to hear. So i called using another phone and heard it continually ring. How bad for business and a consumer witnessing them ignoring my second phone line. I could hear someone approach the phone and then they hung up on me BOTH phones. Your food is good, how long do you intend to stay in business treating your customers this way? I tried 3 more times with continuous ringing and gave up after another 10 minutes. Very disappointed in a local business that I often support.
