I’ll be honest Papa John’s has been my favorite pizza from day 1. However, the Papa John’s on McDermott is utterly disgusting. I said I’d give Domino’s a shot and it’s been A1 ever since. Whether I do carry out or delivery, the pizza is always hot and fresh. All my deliveries arrive 15-25 minutes after I order. Customer service the few times I walked in was always friendly. Clean inside as well. I’ll continue to get pizza from here. Thanks for doing a great job!

Another lousy order from Domino's Pizza. They either lose our order, screw it up, or it it comes shook up in the box. Wth...looks like they threw it around the store before delivering it.

Best experience with any Dominos location so far. The pizza was done quick, it was cut correctly as opposed to other locations, the topics are spread over evenly, the pizza tastes great, good job!

Horrible experience today and will not be back. Did a carry out order and when I got home the pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor. I ordered a pan and the dough was not thick. I went back to the store and asked could they remake because it looked sloppy and the crust did not rise like a normal pan crust. I talked to Preston who said he was one of the managers. He was completely rude and condescending. He told me if I didn’t want to keep the pizza that was “my problem”. He then proceeded to tell me “well I canceled the order”. I asked for a receipt showing I was refunded and he said again condescending you don’t have The original receipt I gave you. I said, of course I have the original receipt but usually when you refund someone’s payment method, they get a receipt showing it has been refunded. He proceeds to print out a receipt and throws it at me. After ordering from this location, several times, literally the same pizza every time this is the worst service I’ve ever had and I not be back. To be treated that way from a “manager” is absolutely horrendous. I would like a reply from the true manager, GM or someone at corporate. I have never been my life been treated that way at any restaurant.

Orders on 2/20/25 at noon. received and 5 cheese mac and cheese with no sauce. literally dry noodles with melted cheese on them. per their website and automated phone message it comes with alfredo sauce. Called and spoke to connor who told me they would refund me. the order was placed with rewards points. requested to speak with the manager lauren who proceded to tell me it “ doesn’t come with that much sauce “ which is not an issue i’ve had with any other order. and she somehow could not provide me with any contact information with customer support or a complaint department. Worst dominos i’ve ever dealt with, considering i order from other stores with no issue. clearly this is a management problem

Worst . We ordered mushrooms pizza . Very very less mush rooms on pizza and on few slices no mushrooms were there at all .
And also I have ordered 16 pieces Parmesan bread bites . Those are very taste less unlike earlier. No olive oil and those are very dried .
The have ordered at this location multiple times so far . Always worst . I will stop go to Dominos from now on .

will avoid this location at all cost. I usually order from the Domino's next to fuzzy's, since this place is opened up new and closer to my house my delivery order automatically went to this new location. the pizzas were just basically bread. usually it takes under 20 mins (from location next to fuzzy's 4120 W 15th St 101 #101, Plano, TX 75093) but this new location took over 90 mins i even drove to the store to find out what's going on as nobody would pickup my phone and i couldn't even cancel the order, and found out the delivery guy has just left, i went back home to find out nobody had still come and about 15 mins later someone delivered it and left, we didn't get our order right, so i had to go back to store to return these wrong orders and get new one made as we couldn't cancel the order. worst experience ever and waste of a lot of time. also while i was there i could hear new orders swarming in like every other second! seems they have a glitch in the system and all orders were being routed to this new location. seems they're gonna have lot of bad reviews soon.
Overall, to summarize, I paid delivery fee + tip so i don't have to go out, but i ended up driving to this store twice! no one picks ups the phone here tried calling 5 times but will just get connect to a bot and then it automatically disconnects!

Something is definitely off about the hand tossed pizza here. It is much thinner here versus the other surrounding locations. The crust and pizza gets tougher quicker and loses heat faster because it’s so thin. It should definitely be thicker.
