I was supposed to pick up at 4:45 but I got mine at 5:30.
Not a single person said sorry or anything. I saw them started my pizza when I asked them where my pizza was.
I didn't know this place was such a great restaurant that I need to wait more than 30 minutes without any reasons or apology.
Such an awful experience, terrible place.

I order pizza from here a lot. The man who delivered my pizza today was rude because he had go up some extra stairs after I guided him all the way to my building. I understand the frustration after a long day But don't take your day out on your customers.

This is the only Marcos I will go to! The customer service is wonderful! Shaketa the General Manager is truly a gem! She is the main reason I keep coming back to this location. Unfortunately this Marco's isn't the one you want pizza from. I felt very disappointed with my spinach alfredo pizza I ordered online. It looked like the spinach was burnt, there was hardly any spinach on the pizza itself, the crust was flavorless and very oily, and the cheese and alfredo lacked flavor. I was just embarrassed when I got it bc I was pumping up the reputation for this place to my friend bc he was nervous about it as he had never heard of it before. There are better places in the area, go with anything else.
