I forgot this place was not for ramen. And I don't think this location is operated by Japanese because it took them 15 minutes to serve me a bowl of ramen over boiling my noodle!!! Karaage was probably fried several times because it was so dry inside and out! Never coming back to this one.
Since this restaurant is in a food court, there’s no table service, and the ambiance is just what you’d expect from a typical Japanese food court. The pork chops were perfectly crispy, though a bit lean for my taste—I personally prefer a fattier cut. That said, it was still a great lunch, and the fried oysters were equally delicious. I’d definitely come back for another meal!
