The Reuben was nice but needs more dressing. I've been hunting for a good potato soup around town but they are all bland and thickened with corn starch or something worse. Good potato soup doesn't need that. The potato soup at McA's was also disappointing, artificially thickened, and could have come from Kroger and tasted about the same.

Ordered The Ruben sandwich and nachos and it took almost 40 minutes to get the food even though they were not busy The meat was salty and couldn't finish it, the cashier was friendly but not knowledgeable about the menu and quality of the food they serve Will not go back again

Great food, service and atmosphere. A friend and I went out for lunch and we chose McAlister's deli, this was our first time going. Was very impressed with the half a sandwich and a half a salad for $9.99, the food was fresh and the service was fast. Will definitely be back!!!

Ordered a club and chicken tortilla soup, was really quick and tasted great.
Wow, we have not been to dine in for a while. Mostly take out. We stopped in for a late lunch. Service was fantastic. Store was clean, and food was fantastic. We will start dining in more often.

I hate bugs, specially in my food. I ordered delivery from this location almost every week. Until last week (Oct 2025) a HUGE bug was in my salad. Not acceptable! I did received a refund. But sadly i won’t be ordering from here again.

OK, after 11 yrs we got back to this new location. Lots and lots of competition for casual lunches in Collin county. Pretty sure this McAlister's was located several blocks north of current location. I think they occupy to old Container Store location. Anyway great food and service. We both got the pick two and it was plenty of food. Lots of other customers there for lunch and take out. Don't be concerned about ratings on Yelp. Google reviews much better and higher star rating. Very nice interior layout. Just like before but with new stuff. See photos. Hot sunny days try to park on north side for shade without blocking take out parking spots.
