Mcdonald’s keep giving less items than ordered, just now they didn’t give me my mc’chicken sandwich…. Please work on such issues, its frustrating and we can’t go back and forth for it.

Drive thru , started order, lady was in a hurry, asked me several questions in succession, when I answered she repeated questions, said if I didn’t answer her in a kind voice she couldn’t help me. I said … know what? Just forget it! And drove off. Last time I go there!

They're stingy as hell with the salt on the fries. Won't even add extra if you ask for it. Stores in Dallas have the option to add extra salt so why they can't is beyond me.
Other than the consistently saltless fries the rest of the food is on point and their service is by and large great for what you'd effect out of a McDonald's

The worse customer service out of any McDonald's I have ever been multiple people walk bye not even acknowledge your there and act like they don't even want to help you wish these damn workers understand it is a customer service job if you can't do something simple go find something else to do

The staff needs to be educated on how to treat each other they need to learn how to listen and make the customer happy. I am not saying bow down, but a "hello or how are you" would be nice. I have never been to a worse McDonald's and will probably be the last time. Disgusting

Ordered a simple Big Mac meal and the Mac sauce had a nasty after taste like it was spoiled. I ended up getting sick and throwing up

Customer service was not on point, employees very slow moving when it came to getting the customers order out in a timely manner. Even during their slow hours it took way to long for a double cheez burger and a med fry, and why do you need to add so much salt to your fries, your burgers are salty enough. And get better cups for your soft drinks cause I'm tired of having a cup holder full of water along with my water down drink, due to the worthless cups McDonald's uses for drinks.
