Today, I placed a mobile order at McDonaldâs and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I gave the employee my mobile order code, but he said he couldnât find it and asked what location I placed the order at. I confirmed it was for that location and even showed him my receipt. He responded with some attitude and told me to pull up to the window.
At the window, I showed him the code again, but he barely looked at it before telling me to âjust cancel the order.â I explained that I had already paid and had the receipt, but he simply shook his head and refused to help further. Frustrated, I drove off and had to go inside to speak with a manager. Only then was someone able to track down my order, even though I had all the proof from the start. This should have been an easy transaction.

very disappointed with my experience this morning! I just went through the drive-through and the person who served my coffee spilled it on me because the lid was not on all the way and it burned my wrist. The only thing she did was say sorry did not check to see if I was OK or offer more napkins just went back in close to the window very impersonal and disappointing. At a minimum they should double check the lids but she shouldâve at least offered Cold water or something else.
when I called the location just now, someone picked up the phone, but then it sounded like they were just holding onto it with no answer at all

They always seem to get my order wrong, and always make me wait for like 10 minutes by the curb. Iâll get an entire item missing and no sauce or no drink, thereâs never not a problem if you order through the app and go through the drive thru.

I ordered two double layer filet o fish burgers today, but only one of them was double layer. In the past, Ive ordered meals from here but there are also ocassions where they forgot the fries when I order food for 4-5 people. This serms to be happening pretty frequently to me, I'm not sure if the same thing is happening to other customers as well, but obviously there is some flaw in the process.

Worst Worst I placed my order for happy meal and a double cheeseburger through mobile app and paid for the same for counter pickup. As I went for pickup counter was empty and waited for associates to come as they come and I asked for my order they told May be somebody else picked-up your order and no order found on the name and I showed my receipt in app and the guy who was assisting me declined to give my order which I paid for and after that someone else came and asked for order number and went inside took a long time and bought my order when I checked after reaching back my car the food was worst like cold french fries and chicken nuggets,sure it was not fresh it was made hours before even they just didn't reheat also at least they can reheat for sake such a bad customer support i have had. I have paid for the food and they were saying the order was taken by somebody else and they can't give my order I paid for ,then for what purposes they are working there if someone comes and takes others order and they were not aware of that and treating customers like this. And this food was for my toddler how could I give that cold food to my kid, disgusting and very bad.

Extremely bad service through drive thru. Even after second visit my order was completely wrong. Got a spicy chicken instead of a regular chicken sandwich, did not get my 4 piece nuggets that suppose to come with the deal and did not get the french fries either. It is down right messed up.

Made a delivery through there app to be delivered by DoorDash to my house after waiting about 1hr and 30min for my order to be delivered by DoorDash I decided to go pick it up my self every worker was very understanding about the situation and happy to remake my delivery. Would highly recommend if you want great customer service. Great environment for the whole family. Would definitely comeback for the customers service and great food. (The Mc Chicken) đ„đ
