I ordered two double layer filet o fish burgers today, but only one of them was double layer. In the past, Ive ordered meals from here but there are also ocassions where they forgot the fries when I order food for 4-5 people. This serms to be happening pretty frequently to me, I'm not sure if the same thing is happening to other customers as well, but obviously there is some flaw in the process.

Worst Worst I placed my order for happy meal and a double cheeseburger through mobile app and paid for the same for counter pickup. As I went for pickup counter was empty and waited for associates to come as they come and I asked for my order they told May be somebody else picked-up your order and no order found on the name and I showed my receipt in app and the guy who was assisting me declined to give my order which I paid for and after that someone else came and asked for order number and went inside took a long time and bought my order when I checked after reaching back my car the food was worst like cold french fries and chicken nuggets,sure it was not fresh it was made hours before even they just didn't reheat also at least they can reheat for sake such a bad customer support i have had. I have paid for the food and they were saying the order was taken by somebody else and they can't give my order I paid for ,then for what purposes they are working there if someone comes and takes others order and they were not aware of that and treating customers like this. And this food was for my toddler how could I give that cold food to my kid, disgusting and very bad.

Extremely bad service through drive thru. Even after second visit my order was completely wrong. Got a spicy chicken instead of a regular chicken sandwich, did not get my 4 piece nuggets that suppose to come with the deal and did not get the french fries either. It is down right messed up.

Made a delivery through there app to be delivered by DoorDash to my house after waiting about 1hr and 30min for my order to be delivered by DoorDash I decided to go pick it up my self every worker was very understanding about the situation and happy to remake my delivery. Would highly recommend if you want great customer service. Great environment for the whole family. Would definitely comeback for the customers service and great food. (The Mc Chicken) 🔥👍

The guy at the first window was ignoring me, and he looked like he was on drugs. I think it was a Mexican dude, about average hight with short black hair, his voice was around a tenor. Took him forever to acknowledge me. But thankfully when I got to the second window, the woman had my order ready immediately. Fastest I've ever gotten my food here. Usually, it takes around 15 minutes if you order through the Drive-Thru without using the mobile app. They just dismiss you and focus on the mobile orders rather than yours, even if you ordered it before someone's mobile order.

It was a little slow, but very convenient location to my office. Good stop for getting a burger with fries and a milshake. Despite the wait, i'd still recommend this Mac.
