Food I have no complaints but this is the second time I’ve gotten my order with an item missing. Not sure if it’s because I’m going to the drive through late at night but my order is not a crazy amount but its just ridiculous at this point.

So unpleasant and unkind experiences, our family was waiting on our order for more than 30min. in the store and the staffs were chatting in the kitchen without paying any attention on our order.. when I wanted some female staff to check with my order, she did not say anything and just turned back which I thought was so rude and unpleasant. And the other woman seemed manager said to me she was sorry with some chuckles which I couldn't get any sincere apologies from her. How could this be made up for my cooled down foods. So unpleasant

Today I visited this place. Order: 2 burgers, fries, and a pie. Out of the two burgers that were served, not a single one was what I ordered. The second burger with fish was old and almost cold, so I went to have it replaced. After waiting a few minutes, I did receive a new “fresh” burger. The bun was indeed fresh, but the fish patty was very dark in color, which makes me think the oil in the fryer was old and burnt.

When I returned to eat the second burger, I realized it was not the one I ordered at all. I had to replace it again. They finally gave me the correct burger, but when I started eating it, it was completely soaked in grease (I think they didn’t drain the fat after taking the meat off the grill). The burger was also poorly assembled: everything was falling apart and sliding out — which shouldn’t happen.

This was a terrible experience. None of the staff apologized or tried to fix the situation in any way. I am completely disappointed and do not recommend this place.

To be fair, the dining area and restrooms were clean — the woman who was taking care of the cleaning was outstanding. Only because of her I am giving a slightly higher rating than the lowest possible.

Only reviewing last night’s experience. We ordered two Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwiches, and while everything else on the sandwiches was correct, they made them with hamburgers patties. This is your ADVERTISE & new “special” menu item, how do you get the wrong protein on it? Additionally, we placed a mobile order, waited thirty minutes for them to bring it curbside, and I finally had to go in to pick it up. Lastly, no one would answer the phone, either at the location or the main customer service number.
