This team is horrible!!!!!! Standing at the front counter patiently waiting while everyone avoid eye contact to act like they so busy. This monthly meeting need to focus on customers at the counter. It’s really bad when you’re watching all the employees but no one is watching you. The nicest employee is the older gentleman who keeps the lobby clean. The rest of the staff probably don’t like working here because they surely don’t care about customers at the counter

Placed order on app for table side service, yet didn't give me a table #. Order didn't show up on pick up monitor, looked like they didn't get it. Had to ask cashier for order. Food over cooked. Store super busy, over crowed. Overrun by highschoolers.

UPDATE::DON’T BOTHER WITH THE LINK BELOW FROM THE OWNER IT’S BROKEN LIKE YOUR ICE CREAM MACHINES! And all I got was a “ thanks well let the employees know! “ when I called corporate. NO REFUND OR NOTHING!
Original Review: I never like to eat at places attached to gas stations, now I know why…Stay away from this dump! Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and it came with no toy! And a cold slice of cheese with 2 dehydrated onions! Went in and told the Latina manager and she said “ we outta toys” I said “ then next time your workers need to say that” then I addressed the cold cheeseburger and she replied” you took a bite of it, I’m not replacing it” Really Sherlock? Of course I took a bite how else would I know it was cold and gross? 🤢 also the place is filthy inside. Avoid this place like the plague, you’ll be glad you did!
Love McDonald's but this has gotta be one of the worst locations ever. Recently moved near this area but definitely won't be eating at this location again.

Im in the play place with my daughter so I decided to place an order for table delivery through the app for 2 McFlurrys, 10 minutes go by and no one has brought me anything. So I decided to go to the front counter. I am standing up there for three minutes when MULTIPLE employees look directly at me while talking. They don’t acknowledge that I’m there or that they will be with me in a second. Sure enough I see 2 mcflurries just sitting buy the ice cream machine. So finally a lady comes to the front and when I mention I ordered the mcflurries on the app about 10 minutes ago, she points to the ones sitting by the machine like I should have known they were sitting there. I just take them, just to realize they didn’t even mix them. Just threw a few of the toppings on the top of the ice cream. I am not usually one to make a stink about fast food places, but the lack of acknowledgement of a customer standing at the front counter and then attitude. This is my first time at this location and it will be my last.

Really nice interior. Employees are nice. Has lobby fountain drink machine for refills and play area for children. Obviously it's still a McDonalds so it has all the baggage that comes with that, but it's pretty good for a McDonalds. Kitchen equipment is noisy, but all McDonald's are like that. (interior glass wall in lobby helps a little) No WiFi, but usually Maccas WiFi is too slow to use anyways
