The worst experience with this human being—he shouldn't even be called that. We had a reservation for 5 PM, and the man told us we could arrive an hour early to decorate. It was 5:10 PM, and the previous party was still going on, so we couldn't decorate. This man spoke to us rudely, saying it wasn't his problem if those people were still there, that we should just deal with it or he would give us our money back. My husband didn't like how he spoke to us, so he went over to him and confronted him, asking why he was yelling at women for no reason, since it was his fault due to poor organization. What he did was call the police, claiming we were causing trouble and that they should kick us out. He thought we would leave out of fear, but he was wrong. Then a girl who was in charge of the afternoon/evening shift arrived and kindly spoke to the police, saying she would handle everything and that everything was fine. They should fire that racist man—he's so rude and ill-mannered towards women—and give his job to that incredible girl, as she is wonderful with customers and finds solutions very quickly.

Doesn't pick up phones, employees literally seen just hanging out while people waiting in parking lots for their food, manager more worried about fitting in with young employees than doing his job, food very mediocare, rude drive thru employee....they've got it all out here. I love how they've pinned the top three positive comments from a year ago lol

This is one of the best McDonalds around. Probably my favorite. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Food always comes out fresh and correct whether it has been through the drive through or in store.

I mean — it’s McDonald’s. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a Playplace there though my niece enjoyed herself and made some new friends. Being able to order from the table was a plus as well.
Went through the drive thru and had problems with my mobile app then when I came to the first window a older man named QUINTEN was very rude to me and said I should’ve gone be somewhere else just because I tried to confirm the price for my order before I handed him my card. If you don’t wanna be at work DONT GO. I don’t expect top tier service at McDonalds but I do expect some respect to a paying customer. McDonalds do better.

employees are rude as hell. how are you gonna hand me the wrong thing.. then i politely tell you youre giving me someone elses order.. and you yell at me that I’M wrong. 😂 like i wouldnt know what i JUST ordered. after i got the correct order there was no apology either. cant stand nasty attitudes.
