To be honest I am so dissatisfied with McDonalds in general in the North Dallas /Plano area. I do not know how many times my order is wrong at McDonalds. One time I ask for a plain bacon McDouble and I got bread with NOTHING else😱 If I ask for plain there is always something wrong The condiments are left on or they just give you a plain hamburger without bacon or cheese They raise the prices and they give you smaller amts like we are idiots and do not notice So why can’t you get the order right?- it is right on the screen but obviously someone can not read or understand English I spent almost $9 for 2 baconmcdoubles and a Diet Coke and I open the wrapper and there is a single burger with cheese with the wrapper receipt saying bacon McDouble - I am totally over these McDonalds around here. Some special training is evidently needed- ASAP!!!!! Like maybe before you give the food to people make sure it is what the customer ordered!!! We are paying for it!!!!

Really great McD's location. Well run, fast, staff extremely friendly and helpful!
Update: repeat visits since writing my review, alll have been excellent. Also, they have the fancy drink machines that allow you to add cherry, vanilla, and lime to your soda.

Staff failed to fill the whole order. It was correct on the receipt, but good order was short.
Management is having them rush customers in the drive through while ordering. And if you don’t give the code at the window you will be aggressive told you were supposed to give it with your order.
There is nothing focused on the customers. Just on their metrics.
