I'd give no stars if it was an option. Charged my credit card $7.38 for to Mcflurries and then said I had to come inside if or they couldn't refund it. Rude place and they took the credit card at one window but a manager can't at another 2 minutes later? Why charge for product you don't have.

Good evening, I just left your 24 hour McDonalds on Jupiter Rd in Richardson, TX. It took approximate 45 min in the line to order and when I got my order it was completely wrong. Can’t even get a drink order right-that the entire order and you can’t get it right after asking several times!! How simple is that and when you call and tell they they hang up the phone!! How does this place stay in business??! Not only was the guy told at the payment window but the guy giving drinks at second window said they were definitely Diet Coke! Not good for a diabetic to ask several times only to get home to NOT have it be Diet Coke but Dr Pepper! Still blown...read full review
