Terrible location, everyone is super rude and they are so stingy with sauce. Since when is it extra to get a sauce with multiple sandwiches and fries? Every single time they say it’s extra, can’t even give you a single one for multiple items.

Ordered food via Drive-Thru and right before handing it to me through the window the bag tore and the food fell on the ground (all of this I watched happen before food made it out the window to me).
They asked me to pull over and came out a few minutes later with my order - imagine my disgust when I realized they served me the same food that had fallen on the floor and was now room-temp - just in a new non-torn bag. The dirt all over the food & packaging was a pretty clear giveaway on top of every single item's wrapper being more than half undone / unwrapped and the boxes clearly crushed.
On top of all this, they left out the part of my order which I specifically wanted. That was ~$20 wasted to find out I'm never going back to this location again
Update: 2 years later and this location still sucks.
Ordered food with no onions (allergy) and it feels like the put MORE on the food rather than take them off.
I am honestly not sure how this location is still open.

If I could give less I would. Manager told me they were working on my order in an angry tone while being on her phone at the counter. Come to find out, 5 minutes of waiting later, they had a fault with their system and never received the order. Whole lot more to this story about 3 other stores in the area too but this was the worst... Mcdonald's, do everyone a favor and go out of business already!!!

This location tries to charge me for sauce condiments that are free, I tried to get some packets of mayo with my order but they gave me the same nasty mayo out the kitchen in a lil cup and told me I had to pay for the packets of mayo this incident has happened more than once at this location. Im not paying extra for mayo packets. And i do not want the mayo they serve in the kitchen. So im never ordering at this location again 🤷🏽😒

First time to McDonald's in years. Chicken nuggets were hard and barely warm. Reported it to the young super-busy skinny staff at the counter, who offered to make me a new batch--exemplary service. The new fresh batch was almost the best in town--quality. To err is human, but to be willing and accountable to correct for our errors is commendable.
We also witnessed this staff having to patiently deal with an unnecessary amount of immature attitudes from some young arrogant customers. She deserves a huge raise!
