During "normal" 7am-6pm or similar hours they are great and have no issues. Magically, before 6am anytime I go they have "system is down" or "system errors, only accepting cash".Is this problem going to be resolved anytime this century? Either the employee or digital portion of it?

It's fast food so I'm not rating this on the food. I'm not expecting high quality. However, this location is always really slow. The times I've been, they make me pull through and wait in the parking lot for one meal. I would understand if I ordered several meals. I'm sure they're just short staffed and doing the best they can.
I ordered through the app for delivery at the table, it sat there for 15 minutes, got cold and no one delivered it or cared for that matter
