They can't get an order right

I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES to have someone answer the ordering window at 4:36 AM on 12/14 while the staff STOOD AROUND INSIDE THE KITCHEN DOING NOTHING. We drove around to the window where you pick up your order to try to get someone’s attention because we had already placed an online order and paid ( even had a code ). We could see all of the employees inside literally standing there. We called 5x no response. Our literal last resort was to honk the horn multiple times before someone finally came to the window, asked for our code then proceeded to say they weren’t taking orders. In what world are you 1) going to ask what our code is then say you’re not taking orders and 2) have your online order system operating WHEN YOURE NOT TAKING ORDERS. this is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that management gets involved on the crew who was scheduled and there within this time frame. This could’ve easily been prevented with basic communication from the staff if they couldn’t complete our order but to make us wait 15 minutes to the point we had to honk our horn is absurd and beyond lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone even if I was being paid to.

Employees are polite, friendly, but not trained to deliver to table, only successful directly without saying a word 1 out of 10 times. 6 times they'd yell the table number or items in order waiting for someone to respond. 3 times out of 10 they'd leave order in pickup, not yelling. Today is one of those days. Waited 10 minutes, asked manager, who asked employees, who pointed to item waiting in pickup box.

please read, today i have seen a McDonalds, Discrimination against young men buying food and wanting to eat on site at the restaurant. to be more exact a group young teenagers went in today and paid for there meals and were on the way to sit down to eat when there where ask to leave because they were high school kids. at that point employee with out cause called the police and had paying customers trespass. i ask that you do not go to any McDonalds owned by O'Reilly
when i ask the manager why he said they have a policy not to allow student to eat at the restaurant
when i ask where this policy is posted he said its not a written policy its a verbal policy .

Incompetent people seem to be what they employ. My last 3 orders from here have been completely wrong...simple things like getting an iced mocha when a hot one was ordered, adding cheese to things that don't have them and none was asked for. If you want a correct order I suggest finding another McDonald's.

My frappe was not good at all , this is the second or third time o try ordering they used to do it more fresh I guess now they have changed something,now it give me a stomach burn has soon has I try it

Don't usually leave reviews for places like McDonalds. But this is the second time I have been to this location and their water and soda tastes like bleach. There is something seriously wrong here and I will make an effort never to come to this location again.

Everything was horrible if i could give it 0 stars I would. They made me wait for 45 minutes while they goofed around inside. Asked me to go through the drive thru multiple times and each time they wouldnt talk. they made me wait at the curbside for 45 minutes and only brought 1 of my 3 orders. Which then they proceeded to call down a cop by NAME and got me trespassed there were many people in front of me who just left without their order because the staff were refusing to comply
