On site manger Maria during late night is extremely rude. Kept suggesting I was calling the wrong location when I wasn’t then refused to give any information about my order that was completely incorrect. Fries were ice cold my burger was cold like it had been sitting and I was missing one. Then she told me I ordered something I did NOT!! I named off the young lady that served me and she told me that was incorrect that there was no one there of that description or age completely false but read my order off but yet said she remembers my car because it was cool.
All in all don’t go to this location you can get way better service at other locations or other establishments.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. I ordered two double cheeseburgers (nothing else) and presented a coupon for "buy one get one free on any sandwich." The lady at the window refused to accept my coupon, incorrectly stating that "it was for only Big Macs and quarters pounders only" I said no it's a receipt coupon for buy on get one any sandwich" then she tried saying " no it's buy one get one for $1" while refusing to even look at my coupon. Then she said well even if it's that it'll be 24.39 and kept insisting that the total would be $24.39.
This situation was highly frustrating as I had never encountered such a discrepancy before. According to the coupon and if I would've ordered through the app, the total should have been $3.24. I have no idea how she could've possibly come up with $24.39. My family and I were left hungry and disappointed due to this issue.
I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that such misunderstandings do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Edgar helped me 11/11/24 around 6:15p - he was gracious with his time and really went above and beyond to make a positive experience for me and my kids. I didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t think I would need it, but now I kind of wish I did to give him the recognition he deserves. I hope someone in management sees this, you have a great person on your team!
Kid-friendliness: My son collects the Mario kart toys and was so excited when Edgar was willing to swap his Princess Peach for the Mario toy.

Wish there was a 0 star option Jenny working night shift was so rude after giving our order in the drive thru forgets to add an item (never repeated order or gave us a receipt ) doesn’t even apologize and instead of adding it when it’s her fault expects us to get back in line instead of just ringing it up there and then awful costumer service..

The Hispanic lady with the glasses that always has the bun in her hair overnight/in the evening is very disrespectful and rude she does NOT need to work in customer service at all because she obviously does not have the skills required for the job every time I’ve come here during the evening or night she’s always been very rude not once has she EVER been respectful.
