Service was terrible. We asked for drinks and a 20 peice and a sprite we went up paid at the window went to the next they only gave us our food some mexican lady (probably the manager) then caught a attitude and started cussing in spanish thinking i didnt know what she was saying. Utterly dissappointed and disgusted with the staff they have here will not be returning and contacting their corporate. If you dont like your job may not as well work here.

It was the manager that brought my items to my vehicle in a torn bag and cold fries. I called about the issue twice, was unable to hear caller.

Accidentally placed my mobile order at this location. I called to cancel it. A lady answered the phone, when i explained what I was calling for, she hung up on me. I called back to try again, but no one ever answered. So, I drove the extra few miles to pick up my food. The food was good.

Disappointing breakfast.I specifically asked for butters and strawberry jellies. Got to the window, asked again, are there butters and strawberry jellys in the bag? "Yes."I ordered a big breakfast and 2 sausage biscuits. Arrived at my destination to find I had been given ONE BUTTER & ONE STRAWBERRY JELLY.So now I am trying to figure out, do I want to use my ONE butter on one of my pancakes, the biscuit that came in my meal, or on one of my sausage biscuits. Either way, it is NOT what I wanted, ordered or requested a 2nd time.Way to ruin my breakfast. ?Next time I will drive to the Independence location, where they haven't had a problem with basic math skills when giving condiments to customers.

Terrible service! Would rather ignore people than serve them. The guy looked at me in the drive through and continued to mop and ignore me. Not only that, he was the only person there! This is not a way to run a business. Also the food is terrible every time I go here. It’s always overcooked and hard to eat. DON’T EAT HERE!!!!

The problem with this location is they cancel online orders despite being open 24 hours. They cancel burgers and fries. Asking too much? It happens far too often. Just don't accept online orders or get better. I wish DoorDash would just drop you.

Got very sick shortly after eating here but the manager refused to even listen to me when I was explaining. They don't care about the quality of their food or customer service. Definitely GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FAST FOOD NEEDS.. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH WITH FACILITIES THAT CUT CORNERS AND DONT CARE ABOUT IF YOU GET SICK FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE..
