I would give zero stars for the microwaved food if possible.
For decades an Egg McMuffin has been made with a fresh egg cooked on a grill, served on a toasted English Muffin. The picture on the McDonalds website shows this, and the description still says "McDonald's Egg McMuffinÂź recipe features a freshly cracked Grade A egg placed on a toasted English Muffin".
But not at this location. Here you get a tasteless frozen egg square on a limp stale muffin, neither of which has ever seen a grill or a toaster. I guess they're maximizing profit by saving money that should have been spent on real eggs.
Regardless, I can get a better Egg McMuffin (clone) out of the frozen section at the grocery store than I can from this place.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Avoid this McDonaldâs at all costs!!!! Itâs not worth your time or energy. The food is consistently cold, and the service is horrible. We only chose this location for its convenience, but after tonight, weâre done. We waited 30 minutes for three items, and when we finally received them, there was no apology or offer of a refund. Instead, they gave us a medium fry rather than a small and tossed in an apple pie. This does not make up for their significant error. We had to go inside to demand our food, only to be told to âcalm downâ after waiting so long. This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever visited, and I will never return. They donât deserve my businessâor yours.

Imagine my daughter(3yo) fell at this location due to a wet floor and not one call to check on her. I was told i would get a call from the store manager, crickets. Shift manager gave me her number, no update or response. They do not care about people and would never recommend anyone eat this location! Imagine a lady even witness the fall and spoke up about it, no concern for my child! Im livid and will be obtaining a lawyer due to the lack of their negligence and concern.

charged me for an order that i never got talked to the manager. in her broken english she told me to contact mcdonaldâs lol. pitiful hire people who can have a conversation in english
Decent location to get fast food, drive thru can be a wait depending on the night and what is ordered (tends to be the McNuggets). Inside definitely feels new and modern, meaning it looks good but very non-user friendly. Only one register now so orders must be placed through the standing kiosk. Less ability to talk to a cashier or employee as the open counter was replaced with a solid wall. Color design not as vibrant or bright as the old McDonald's model so don't feel inviting to stay inside to eat.

Quite literally the worst customer service ever. And I have wanted to write this review multiple different times. But in this case Iâm pretty pissed because they told me to please pull forward. I have my 10 month old baby in the car along with my 4 year old. Guy comes out empty handed and asked me my order. Iâm like wow are y kidding. They literally forgot about me. One time I told them they had terrible customer service and the guy goes âmaâam itâs fast foodâ Iâm like okay you got me there but ugh literally terrible cs

Was literally screamed at by two Hispanic drive thru employees (younger male and middle aged woman) because they were so backed up in the drive thru and after they handed me ice cream, expected me to pull forward and wait the usual 20 minutes for food, except they had already done this to so many cars the way forward was blocked by another car waiting for their food.
Also they were out of milk? And screwed up half the order as well.
They scammed me and didnt give ne my medium fries
