I ordered my food on the app and picked it up in the drive through. I ordered a sausage McGriddle, BEC biscuit and a sausage biscuit. I received 3 sausage burritos and my sausage McGriddle. Also why am I asked to pull away from the drive through window if my food doesn’t even come out right ?

ordered apple pie for friend who is allergic to dairy, package said it was apple pie, but the pie was pumpkin and creme and it could have killed my friend. poor service; would avoid for dietary restrictions
This is the worst mcdonalds. Flat coke with no ice in it. Coffee was horribly bitter. Not a good experience at all!!!!

Dude working had 1 job. I said 2 plain McChickens add ketchup. Employee gave me 2 McChickens with mayo and lettuce. There was only one car behind me, so I know he wasn’t being overwhelmed with orders. I understand that it’s McDonald’s and service isn’t exactly what they’re known for, but come on. This was not a complex or difficult order.

The treatment was extremely poor, especially from the employee sitting at the cashier. I waited a long time for my order without her bringing it to me or even mentioning my order number. When I came to see why, I found my order had been put aside. When I asked her, she said she mentioned the order number, which she never did. When I sat down, I saw her bringing food to the customers. This is discrimination that shouldn't exist in a place like this.
