Bad customer services on October 27, 2025. The girl in front who yelled on me when I asked her a question about the order. Im came here to buy and paid for the dessert, I did not to ask free for it. Why did she so rude and yell at me? She looks young like college student but her attitude is unacceptable for work at customer services. She gave me high blood pressure. I and my husband love meetfresh dessert but we don't need to come back to get high blood pressure. Also, I saw her yell at the other customer to ask her allergy to taro. They are not busy today but they are not happy to service customers.

Went over to this place to get some shaved ice cream and wasn't disappointed! The large shaved ice option was very huge, I think i made the staff laugh when I toppled the ice cream on top over 🤣 wonderful experience! Next time I'll order smaller

Honestly, it’s amazing!! I’ve already been back three times this week, and I still crave it when I’m not able to go! I always get the same thing the, icy grass jelly signature(add-ons: tofu pudding, carmel pudding, and condensed milk) and it never disappoints! I’ve also tried the puffle waffle (matcha flavor) it is good aswell! Highly recommend it! The place is super cute inside too.

Meet Fresh is amazing! The desserts are fresh, delicious, and not overly sweet. The taro balls and grass jelly are chewy and flavorful, and portions are generous. The shop is clean, and the staff are very friendly.

Their signature dessert always hits the point. It always got a good balance btw cold and sweet. I tried their shaved ice this time and it is disappointing tbh. Shaved ice is filled with jams so it was all artificial flavors, artificial sweet, yet fruit is super raw, sour, and hard. They got busy but the order came out quick. But I hope they change upgraded their furniture one day. Those chair are torn and taped up by duct tapes look bad.

Really enjoyed my visit meet fresh! I ordered the Brown Sugar boba Milk shaved ice, it was perfectly sweet, the brown sugar flavor was rich but not overwhelming. Super refreshing on a hot day! The staff were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to order at first, but they patiently gave great recommendations. Amazing service!!!

My favorite is their strawberry and pistachio milk. The strawberry jam in it is super delicious! You place your order and pick up your food yourself. It's not a high-end restaurant and there's no mandatory tip!
Love this place! The desserts are super fresh and taste amazing. The taro balls and herbal jelly are my go-to, and the drinks are always on point. The staff here are really friendly and helpful, even when it gets busy. Great spot to grab dessert with friends – definitely recommend!

The new menu is very disappointing, took away a lot of my favorites with less ingredients and price increased.
I know the service has always been bad but it has gotten worse. They are always rude, when the order is ready for pick up they didn’t even care to make sure people picked up their order. I’ve seen couple shave ice just sitting at the counter for 10-15 minutes. When I picked up my shave ice it is also half melted.
Definitely not coming back anymore.

New menu is disappointing… Waited almost 40 min for our order when the place is less than 1/3 occupied. When we finally got our order, ice cream and shaved ice melted already. It was not worth the $14. Staff’s attitude requires retraining. Sadly, we won’t return to this formerly fav Taiwanese dessert shop.

If you're into shaved ice, boba, or warm tofu desserts this place is a must! The flavors are amazing and everything’s fresh. It can get busy on weekends but totally worth it. The service today was spot on super friendly and quick. Whether you're here for a treat or just craving something sweet this spot delivers every time. Highly recommend

I really like supporting Taiwanese businesses, and my family love the drinks and desserts here. However, the service today was beyond bad. The girls behind the counter were rude and dismissive - one just ignoring people standing at the counter, and the other saying that neither she (nor anyone else in the shop) has any clue how the Meet Fresh rewards program worked and how to redeem points from it. It would have been extremely easy to just say that we need to order from the app to use the points (which I found out after I left the store in disgust), but they chose to give a bad attitude instead. I ended up placing an order using the app so that I can salvage the stopover. However, I doubt we'll be returning to this location anytime soon. I just don't believe that I should be left angry and disappointed when giving business to an establishment, no matter how good the food may be.
