Order online 30 minutes ahead when go there to pick up nobody knows what I ordered even we showed them order number and what we ordered . And I add taro ball they charge money but don’t have it …So it mean nobody cares about the customer

They have forgotten items on my to go orders multiple times so I recommend to ALWAYS double-check when ordering take out. I would understand if they were busy but this was during a slow period where only 2 other customers were in the store. I just don't understand how you can mess up an order that's a double taro with taro with only one taro and no toppings

love getting dessert here. this visit, my hot dessert came lukewarm :-( i always use the kiosk, so not much i have to say about service but they’re always able to answer any questions. interior is kept clean

I recently visited this place, and while the dessert itself was delicious, the experience left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, my order was forgotten, and I ended up waiting until almost closing time (I was there before closed hour about 30-35mins and there were not too many customer at that time.) What made it worse was that orders placed after mine were prioritized, and by the time they got to mine, one of the toppings I originally ordered was out of stock. To resolve this, they asked me to switch to a different dish, but the way it was handled was disappointing. A couple of the staff members were unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t even bother to apologize for the mix-up. The lack of customer service really stood out. I hope the owner takes this as constructive feedback and considers providing better training for the staff. The desserts are great, but the service needs improvement to match the quality of the product.

They ignored our order until we reminded them about it, which is a very bad attitude. We ordered the dessert with taro balls, but when they made our order, they told us they were out of taro balls and forced us to substitute something else. All of this happened because they prioritized other orders behind ours instead of ours. If you're here, make sure to follow up if it takes too long
The mochi used to be good. Now it tastes like it been sitting in the fridge for years. They also changed the Taiwanese creamer to regular half and half.

I’ve been to Meet Fresh a few times, and the service is always disappointing. The staff seems so distracted and has ignored me a couple of times. Honestly, it made me wonder if it’s because I’m not Chinese, which didn’t feel great.
The drinks are ok not too bad, but the way you’re treated really puts me off. Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
