Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The open sign was off at 8:20, insanely marked up prices for yogurt.
I got half of a cup they provided of yogurt and a couple of toppings that were pre packed for whatever reason.
4 single peach rings, 6 gummy worms, 5 sharks, and some gummy bears. Limiting my customization of yogurt. Forcing me to pay for more topping than I wanted.
Spent $20 on a yogurt with 4 toppings.
It's absolutely insane.
I'll never come to menchies again if I'm going to be robbed for dessert.

Yogurt is mid. Toppings come in a stupid plastic cup in unreasonably large serving amounts so you’re forced to buy way more than needed and you have to pay for the weight of the container they come in. Won’t be going here again. Stick to Sweet Frog! 🐸

There was no one at the counter when we entered or while we were there eating. It wasn’t that great. Then I find out after I’m home they charged me a 20% tip without my knowledge or consent. I was told my total. I inserted my card and it was approved. Nothing came up on the screen to enter or approve a tip. I check my account at home to find I’d been charged an additional 20%. No one served us or assisted with anything. No one earned a tip much less 20%. It feels like theft.

I have a Menchies closer to me, but this location was so great that I had to leave a review. The space was clean and the staff was really nice.

i come here often and i really enjoy the yogurt and array of toppings. the store is very clean and the staff was very on top of everything. one of the cashiers, liliana, was very nice to my daughter and gave her a coloring sheet and stickers last time i came. we had an amazing time and i will be coming back!

The place and product is good. But beware, the toppings come in containers which are filled up pretty well. What this means to the customer is you are forced to get the whole container for your toppings which ends up being more weight and more costly.

I ended up paying $15 dlls for two yogurts with two toppings each.

I wish I had the option of picking my own amount for toppings.

Menchie’s froyo is very clean; the flavors were a bit too out of the ordinary. The flavors were focus to attract a younger crowd. The flavors were too sweet.

Yogurt is runny. Toppings are packed in individuals cups, which forces you to get more than you actually want. Poor variety of toppings.

Audrey is the most heavenly employee in the district. this is the fastest cashier i know. give her a raise for sure really enjoyed my time in da shoppe
