Sad. No more sides with meals. Now same like overpriced Panera Bread. Your sides were what separated you from the competition and now I have no reason to come here compared to other places. Hope you guys reconsider. :(

I’m glad they decided to remove the sides in favor of unnecessary digital signage. Very cool. It was overpriced to begin with, but the removal of their sides makes it even more so.

I tried Mendocino farms in San Francisco it was one of the best I would say. They served the sandwich piping hot and it tasted fresh and out of the world. The Plano location is not good, I ordered vegan banh mi and it was bland and veggies didn’t taste fresh. Very disappointing experience

I had to write this review on behalf of my son, he absolutely loves this place. He keeps asking me when we are going to go back to the place with the Not So Fried Chicken sandwich! That sandwich is his favorite and it is unlike any sandwich he has ever had. He says it has just the right amount of everything. I can never seem to get a picture of it since he quickly eats it before I can pull out my phone! I personally like the Vegan Bahn Mi sandwich it is very flavorful for a vegan sandwich and the sauces complement it perfectly! The spicy curried couscous is very delicious! I'm not a fan of couscous, but I order it as a side on every visit! If you haven't given this place a try you definitely should. The sandwiches are great the service is great and the patio is spacious and perfect for enjoying your meal!

I love this restaurant and they make excellent sandwiches. Everything always tastes fresh and of good quality. My only issue has been the consistency with some of the food. It will sometimes taste drastically different on one day vs. another day. Sometimes something that should be spicy is not and other times it will be like level 10 Thai food. The flavor profile in general will be different day-to-day. Overall this place is delicious but I would like to know what I'm getting each time I go.

Not only is the food phenomenal, was greeted by Kylar and was the best “meet you at the door” experience I’ve ever had. Menu explanation, recommendations - made me feel right at home. This is really difficult to do cold with new customers, but she’s so great at it. Thanks guys for great food and an even better experience.

The food is super fresh and tasty! I ordered the seasonal peach and goat cheese salad. The peaches were a bit crunchy, but the flavor was awesome. The drssing was a perfect blend of tangy and sweet, and they will toss the dressing with your salad, which I love. The pineapple tajin lemonade was also amazing. My husband had the chicken parm sandwich and said it was delicious. Highly recommend!

The salads are delicious and huge. Portions are big and enough to share or to have a TO GO box.

I LOVE the “agua fresca”. My favorite is cucumber and lime ! I can have a galón !

Delightful lunch with a friend at the Plano location. The sweet peach & goat cheese salad is quite literally the best salad I’ve ever had, and I eat a lot of them:)! The balance of flavors and perfectly chosen dressing to compliment without overpowering the salad itself was a wonderful surprise! A very friendly price point with very fresh food in an otherwise pretty expensive area for lunches. The service was top notch, friendly girls meeting us near the entrance and guiding us carefully through with good menu knowledge, when they heard it was our 1st visit. Casual, clean spot w/quick presentation of our lunches. We avoided the rush hour, came in at 1:30 and lingered. I’m coming back and back again, until I’ve tried the entire menu!
